Biweekly Payroll. Pay shall be distributed on a biweekly basis consistent with the payroll procedures for non-represented employees. As a condition of employment, all employees are required to participate in the Port’s direct deposit program for payroll purposes. A pay card option will be provided to members of this bargaining unit if such option is made available to other Port employees. The Port shall not remove money from any employee’s direct deposit account. The parties agree to work together in labor/management partnership with the Port's labor relations, payroll and human resources departments to make visible to bargaining unit employees all of the Port’s benefits contributions made on behalf of employees.

Biweekly Payroll. The parties agree to the implementation of a 28-day FLSA cycle when a City-wide biweekly payroll system is adopted (August 1999). Regularly scheduled hours will be 216 hours (9 shifts) or 240 hours (10 shifts) during each 28 day FLSA cycle. Thus the regularly scheduled hours will become 216 or 240, depending on the assigned work schedule for a particular FLSA cycle, and the FLSA threshold will be 212 hours.
