Board/Union Supervision Committee and School Supervision Committee. The Board and the Union shall establish within 7 school days of the ratification of this agreement a Board/Union Supervision Committee made up of three representatives of the Union and three representatives of the School Board. In addition, each school shall establish, within 7 school days of the ratification of this agreement, a local School Supervision Committee made up of 2 teachers and the principal and another administrator. The Board/Union Supervision Committee will, no later than May 30, develop supervision guidelines for schools to implement for the following September. By June 1, of each school year, each School Supervision Committee shall create and submit a proposed supervision schedule for the following school year to the Board/Union Supervision Committee for approval.

Board/Union Supervision Committee and School Supervision Committee. The Board and the Union shall establish within seven (7) school days of the ratification of this agreement a Board/Union Supervision Committee made up of three representatives of the Union and three representatives of the Board. In addition, each school shall establish, within seven (7) school days of the ratification of this agreement, a School Supervision Committee made up of the school principal and/or vice-principal, the Workplace Xxxxxxx and two (2) additional teachers appointed by the ETFO Members assigned to the school. Meetings of the School Supervision Committee are considered voluntary. The Board/Union Supervision Committee will develop supervision guidelines for schools for implementation each September no later than May 30 or a date agreed upon by the parties. By June 15th or a date agreed by the parties of each school year, each School Supervision Committee shall create and submit a proposed supervision schedule for the following school year to the Board/Union Supervision Committee for approval. The Board/Union Supervision Committee shall approve the School Supervision Committee model if it conforms with the provisions of this agreement. If the School Supervision Committee cannot agree on a supervision schedule or if there is a dispute with respect to the supervision schedule at the school level, the Board/Union Supervision Committee shall develop an alternative supervision schedule which is consistent with the provisions of this agreement. In the event that the Board/Union Supervision Committee is unable to agree on such a model prior to June 30 of the relevant school year, the differences between the parties shall forthwith be forwarded to the Provincial Stability Commission for a binding decision.

Related to Board/Union Supervision Committee and School Supervision Committee

  • Union Committee The Union shall appoint and maintain a Committee comprising persons who are employees of the Employer, and/or the Senior Union Official, or her/his representative, which shall be known as the Union Committee. The Union at all times shall keep the Employer informed of the individual membership of the Committee.

  • Education Committee (a) The Employer will establish an Education Committee for all employees in the facility, which shall include at least one representative from ONA members.

  • Labour Management Committee (a) Where the parties mutually agree that there are matters of mutual concern and interest that would be beneficial if discussed at a Labour-Management Committee Meeting during the term of this Agreement, the following shall apply.

  • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities. It shall monitor the clauses of this Agreement which relate to training and ensure all employees have equal access to training.

  • Professional Development Committee There shall be a Professional Development Committee composed of at least two (2) representatives of the Association and an equal number of representatives from the Hospital. Each party may have alternates to replace a member from time to time.

  • UNION MANAGEMENT CONSULTATION COMMITTEE 28.00 The Union and the Employer agree to establish/maintain a Union Management Consultation Committee which shall be comprised of two (2) representatives of the Local Union and two (2) representatives of the Employer. A person designated by the Union and the Employer shall alternate as the Chairperson.

  • LABOR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE 1. A Statewide Labor Management Committee consisting of not more than five (5) members selected by the VSEA from among bargaining units represented by VSEA and not more than five (5) members selected by the State shall meet periodically to discuss a mutually agreed agenda which may include methods of improving labor relations, productivity, safety, and health problems of a continuing nature, or other problems which have an impact on conditions of employment; provided, however, these sessions are not for the purpose of discussing pending grievances or for collective bargaining on any subject.

  • Evaluation Committee A The Association and the Board agree to establish a standing joint Evaluation Development Committee for the purpose of establishing the procedure and process, including the evaluation instrument, for the evaluation of teachers in the District and to regularly review the effectiveness of the procedure and process, including the evaluation instrument, for the evaluation of teachers in the District.

  • TRANSITION COMMITTEE 8.1.0 A transition committee comprised of the employee representatives and the employer representatives, including the Crown, will be established by January 31, 2016 to address all matters that may arise in the creation of the Trust.
