Booking and confirmation. 3.1 A reservation request or booking can be done orally, by telephone, in writing, by e-mail or via booking sites.
3.2 No additional booking fees will be charged for booking a stay at Villa CONMIGO.
3.3 After receiving your reservation request and the confirmation sent by Villa CONMIGO, you are bound to pay the down payment. The reservation is only valid if you have received a confirmation from us and the down payment has been paid.

3.2 The Building Convenor reserves the right to decline any application of booking for any reason.
3.3 No application of booking shall be confirmed until this Terms and Conditions document is signed by both the Hirer and Building Convenor and full payment of the fees and bond have been received by the Building Convenor.
3.4 The Hirer is to include in their booking time any set-up and pack-up/cleaning time that may be required.
3.5 The Building Convenor has the discretion to alter or vary any of the Terms and Conditions in this document, which (if any) shall be recorded in writing and attached to this document.

The hotel room will be at your disposal from 15.00 (local time) on your arrival date. If you will be arriving later than 18.00 (local time) on your arrival date, you must guarantee your booking using your credit card. If you fail to do this, the hotel will cancel your booking at 18.00 (local time). At your day of departure, you must leave the room at 12.00 (local time) at the latest. The possibility of cancellation or re-booking depends on the conditions of the chosen rate at the time of booking; therefore, always read the detailed rate description in connection with your reservation carefully. If the rate conditions allow cancellations or re-bookings, this must be made no later than 18.00 (local time) on the day before your arrival. Booking and confirmation. 1.1 Following verification of availability of the property, it will be possible to proceed to book the property. The Customer will send the request containing the selected property, the rental period, the maximum number of occupants, paying the deposit and down payment required and any possible further costs for additional services requested and accept this general terms and condition of the agreement within 24 hours.
