Boundaries of Service Features and Functions. ‌ • This agreement only applies to Vendors who are providing, or will provide, Enterprise IT Services to the University of New Mexico and/or parties we are representing as part of a collaboration or consortium.

Boundaries of Service Features and Functions.  Hosting of websites and web applications on cPanel are currently limited to PHP and MySQL. If you have websites and/or web applications that do not fall under the above technologies but would like to have your websites and/or web applications hosted with UNM IT, please refer to UNM IT Service Catalog for the appropriate services;  Error logs will only contain the last three-hundred events;  Access logs are retained for one month, unless overridden by the account user;  256 MB of storage is available initially. Additional storage can be requested as needed. Please refer to Department Web Hosting Service in UNM IT Service Catalog for additional storage options and costs.  Access to cPanel’s File Transfer Protocol Secure (FTPS) server is limited to trusted, on-campus networks, or Virtual Private Networks (VPN) only;  cPanel’s email relay is only accessible from the cPanel server on which it resides (no external access) – this is needed to allow hosted web applications to send out emails;  User accounts and websites found not in compliance with this agreement will be suspended or terminated after having been given a minimum of 24-hour notification via email.
Boundaries of Service Features and Functions.  Some titles will require a DVD drive to install software;  Software available in the computer labs for student use may change depending on renewal of campus license agreements;  Administrative rights are required to install software on most computers;  Support is limited to license validation. Support for software installation is available by UNM IT for an additional fee;  Depending on the software license agreement, a software license may need to be renewed each year;  Depending on the software contract, UNM IT may not offer technical support. Requests for information on what vendor support is included in a UNM contract can be submitted using Service Request Process outlined in Section 5.1;  For departments, Customer will make a reasonable effort to determine where the problem lies, prior to contacting UNM IT.
Boundaries of Service Features and Functions. Cellular services will not be covered by this SLA;  All services and devices must be purchased via UNM IT. UNM IT support will only be provided for UNM IT-delivered services and devices;  After hours dispatch of technical staff may result in billable charges at the established rate;  UNM IT support may be delayed in its response during or outside UNM normal business hours if impeded by weather, disaster, or like condition;  Availability of features is dependent on service type.
Boundaries of Service Features and Functions. ‌ • Request for services will pertain to the area of responsibility: o UNM Xxxx, Director, Chair of a department may request assessments for their department, services, and systems for which they are responsible; o UNM Departmental IT staff may request assessments, with the permission of their management, for systems they manage and / or maintain; o UNM employees, with the permission of their management, may request assessments for their UNM-assigned workstation or assigned devices; • UNM IT, in consultation with other UNM investigative bodies, will evaluate compliance with the following regulatory, contractual, or policy requirements: o Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA); o Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA); o Gramm Xxxxx Xxxxxx Act aka Financial Services Modernization Act (GLBA); o Payment Card Industry (PCI); o Any other regulatory or contractual areas may be included in the Statement of Work for an additional fee. • Unknown and zero-day vulnerabilities generally cannot be identified by the security assessments provided; • For no-cost annual managed workstation assessments, UNM IT will provide a vulnerability scan once per annum upon request
Boundaries of Service Features and Functions. ‌ • UNM IT will retain administrative access to VMs; • Payment Card Industry (PCI)-Credit Card data will not be stored in the virtual environment; • Services hosted by UNM IT are being provided to the Customer only. Any resale of this service must be disclosed in advance, in writing to the Service Owner; • Installations are limited to vendor supported versions of Red Hat Linux and Windows only.‌

ITS will provide maintenance and technology support services for cloud-based computing platform services that have been approved and implemented by ITS.
