Breaks, Rest Periods, Days Off. (1) There shall be a break of no less than 1½ hours after not more than five consecutive hours of work except as provided in sections (D)(1)(b) and (D)(2)(b) above. If the Theatre has no objection, the Deputy(ies) may reduce this break to one hour. This Deputy prerogative shall be exercised solely for the convenience and at the request of the company by a 2/3rds majority secret ballot vote of the Equity members of the company.

Breaks, Rest Periods, Days Off. (1) There shall be a break of five (5) minutes after each fifty-five (55) minutes of rehearsal, or a break of ten (10) minutes after each eighty (80) minutes of rehearsal. This break time is included in the daily work hours allowed.
Breaks, Rest Periods, Days Off. (1) There shall be a break of no less than 1½ hours after five consecutive hours of work. The Equity Company may, by a unanimous secret vote, reduce this break to one hour. Except during Dress Rehearsal, each individual Actor will be given a five-minute rest period after no more than 55 minutes. If a five-minute rest period is not given in a particular hour, a 10-minute rest period must be given after no more than one hour and 20 minutes.
Breaks, Rest Periods, Days Off. 1. Except during run-throughs and dress rehearsals, either a 10-minute break must be taken after each 60 minutes or a 20-minute break after each 90 minutes. 2. There shall be a break of at least 1 ½ hours between the rehearsal, photo/costume, and half-hour call. 3. There shall be no less than 1½ hours and no more than two (2) hours between curtain down after a matinee and a rehearsal call. 4. There shall be no less than a 12-hour rest period between the end of employment on one day and the beginning of employment on the next day (see Section 31.G.b for Stage Manager’s Breaks), except that where a pre-school or student audience performance begins prior to 12:00 noon, the rest period may be reduced to 10 hours. There shall be no more than two (2) ten-hour rest periods in any week. 5. There shall be a 1 ½ or 2-hour rest period exclusive of half-hour, between performances. PAC NYC may reduce this period to not less than one hour inclusive of half-hour, provided a choice of hot or cold meal is served to the cast at PAC NYC’s expense. The rest period shall be computed from the time the meal is delivered. 6. There shall be one scheduled full day off each week free of rehearsal and/or performances, except that the day off for the workweek containing the first paid public performance may be moved to the final day of the previous week. A full day shall be 24 hours in addition to the regular rest period required at the end of each working day. 7. There shall be no call of any kind after the evening performance on a day immediately preceding the day off.

  • Rest Period An employee who works overtime shall have at least a ten hour rest period between the end of ordinary hours on any one day and start of ordinary hours on the next day. If on the instructions of the employer, the employee resumes or continues work without having had 10 consecutive hours off duty, the employee shall be paid double time until he or she is released from duty for ten hour rest period. The employee shall then be entitled to be absent without loss of pay for ordinary working hours occurring during the ten hour rest period. In the case of shift workers, eight hours shall be substituted for ten hours when overtime is worked:

  • Overtime-Eligible Rest Periods ‌ The Employer and the Union agree to rest periods that vary from and supersede the rest periods required by WAC 000-000-000. Employees will be allowed rest periods of fifteen (15) minutes for each one-half (1/2) shift of four (4) or more hours worked at or near the middle of each one-half (1/2) shift of four (4) or more hours. Rest periods do not require relief from duty. Rest periods may not be used for late arrival or early departure from work and rest and meal periods will not be combined.

  • Rest Periods Employees working a full shift will receive one rest period of fifteen (15) minutes in each half of the shift. Employees working less than a full shift, but a minimum of four (4) hours will receive one fifteen (15) minute rest period.

  • Rest Period After Overtime (a) When overtime work is necessary, it will, wherever reasonably practicable, be so arranged that employees have at least 10 consecutive hours off duty between the work of successive days or shifts, including overtime.

  • Paid Rest Periods All Employees shall be given a paid rest period of fifteen (15) minutes in the first and second half of their daily shift in an area made available by the Employer. If mutually agreed to between the parties, the two (2) rest periods shall be combined.

  • Meal Breaks and Rest Periods 7.1 Except when required for urgent or emergency work and except as provided in 7.2 below, no employee shall be required to work for more than five hours continuously without being entitled to a meal break of not less than half an hour. There will be only one meal break of not less than half an hour during a 10 hour shift.

  • Meal Periods and Rest Periods (a) Regular hours of work shall include, as scheduled by the Employer, two (2) rest periods of fifteen (15) minutes during each shift of seven and three- quarter (7 3/4) hours and exclude an unpaid meal period of not less than thirty (30) minutes.

  • Interest Periods In connection with each LIBOR Rate Loan, the Borrower, by giving notice at the times described in Section 3.1(a), shall elect an interest period (each, an "Interest Period") to be applicable to such Loan, which Interest Period shall be a period of one (1), two (2), three (3) or six (6) months with respect to each LIBOR Rate Loan; provided that:
