Brewery Employee - Brewing, Grade. 2 Means an Employee who , in addition to the duties as outlined in the definition of Brewery Employee – Brewing, Grade 1 has either satisfactorily completed the appropriate assessment for Grade 2 General Duties or is training on a function in one of the 4 brewing process areas: brewhouse; transfers/fermentation; filtration; or cider. The employee is subject to supervisory instructions, controls and reports the brewing process through an electrical panel system, Human Machine Interface (HMI), computer, localised valves or other means and is trained in operator maintenance. The Employee is required to collect samples, check CIP tank concentrations, use EMI system.

Brewery Employee - Brewing, Grade. 3 Means an Employee who, in addition to the duties as outlined in the definition of Brewery Employee - Brewing, Grade 2, is required and capable of operating a function within one of the four brewing process areas: brewhouse; transfers/fermentation; filtration; or cider. In the General Duties role, employees will be trained, assessed and deemed competent on the agreed training and experience for Grade 3. Employees will be capable and responsible for completing all cleaning activities for the area as required by the cleaning schedule, maintain 5S standards, perform remedial cleaning and entry of maintenance requests into the CMMS (computerised maintenance management system).
Brewery Employee - Brewing, Grade. 4 Means an experienced Employee with a wide range of skills and very detailed understanding of the brewing process's operation and administration requirements. The Employee will have additional responsibilities to that of a Brewery Employee – Brewing, Grade 3. In order to be classified at this level an Employee must be competent in all functions in one of the four process areas: brewhouse; transfers/fermentation; filtration; cider. When an Employee is deemed competent in transfers Grade 4 will be achieved by also becoming competent in fermentation or all functions in one of the other three process areas (e.g. cider, brewhouse, or filtration). When required by the Company the Employee will train other Employees and will attain relevant training skills. When required the Employee will participate in review and update of SOPs. Employees will be capable and responsible for performing all duties within the department including: analysing samples and results; comparing to set standards and making adjustments when required; scheduling production; making written reports to the Team Leader and xxxxxx in charge; and organising maintenance. Employees will be actively involved in problem solving activities for their process area using tools provided.

  • Proposed Corrective Action Plan Simultaneously with the submission of the Audit, the Recipient will submit to OCR for its review and approval a proposed Corrective Action Plan to address all inaccessible content and functionality identified during the Recipient’s Audit. The proposed Corrective Action Plan will set out a detailed schedule for: (1) addressing problems, taking into account identified priorities, with all corrective actions to be completed within 18 months of the date OCR approved the Corrective Action Plan; (2) setting up systems of accountability and verifying claims of accessibility by vendors or open sources; and setting up a system of testing and accountability to maintain the accessibility of all online content and functionality on an ongoing basis.

  • Professional Development 9.01 Continuous professional development is a hallmark of professional nursing practice. As a self-regulating profession, nursing recognizes the importance of maintaining a dynamic practice environment which includes ongoing learning, the maintenance of competence, career development, career counselling and succession planning. The parties agree that professional development includes a diverse range of activities, including but not limited to formal academic programs; short-term continuing education activities; certification programs; independent learning committee participation. The parties recognize their joint responsibility in and commitment to active participation in the area of professional development.

  • Scope of Services The specific scope of work for each job shall be determined in advance and in writing between TIPS Member, Member’s design professionals and Vendor. It is permitted for the TIPS Member to provide a general scope description, but the awarded vendor should provide a written scope of work, and if applicable, according to the TIPS Member’s design Professional as part of the proposal. Once the scope of the job is agreed to, the TIPS Member will issue a PO and/or an Agreement or Contract with the Job Order Contract Proposal referenced or as an attachment along with bond and any other special provisions agreed by the TIPS Member. If special terms and conditions other than those covered within this solicitation and awarded Agreements are required, they will be attached to the PO and/or an Agreement or Contract and shall take precedence over those in this base TIPS Vendor Agreement.

  • Dimensions Education Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. Experience: A minimum of 4 years of IT work experience in data modeling, data analysis, relational DBMS design and support and relevant computing environments.

  • Technical Assistance DFPS may provide informal support, guidance, clarification, and other forms of technical assistance via phone, email, and virtual meeting to resolve Grant or performance compliance issues. Grantee will document all such instances of technical assistance by DFPS in writing, including any implementation work.

  • Leave of Absence With respect to the Award, the Company may, in its sole discretion, determine that if you are on leave of absence for any reason you will be considered to still be in the employ of, or providing services for, the Company, provided that rights to the Restricted Shares during a leave of absence will be limited to the extent to which those rights were earned or vested when the leave of absence began.

  • Contract Term The period of Contractor's performance shall begin on November 1, 2018 and end on October 31, 2019 with an option to renew for an additional three (3) twelve (12) month periods.

  • Life Insurance No portion of your IRA may be invested in life insurance contracts.

  • Services FASC agrees to provide to the Adviser the services indicated in Exhibit A to this Agreement (the “Services”).
