BUS DRIVERS ONLY. 1. When possible, based upon the cost to the District and adequate parking, the home of the driver will be taken into consideration in order to facilitate the Driver keeping his/her bus at his/her home. If there is a question as to who shall be assigned a route between two (2) Drivers living equal distances from a route, the Driver with the most seniority will be given the option of choosing the route in question. The routes that leave from the bus garage will be determined by the seniority of those drivers who keep his/her bus at the bus garage.
2. Any driver that keeps his/her bus at home must leave their bus in the lot should there be a pre-planned absence.
3. Drivers will be notified by the bus garage by August 15th if the bus supervisor has made any changes to the route.

BUS DRIVERS ONLY. 34 Accrued vacation credit for the period of August 11th, to June 30th shall be included in the July 35 pay check of each school year. Accrued vacation credit for the period of July 1st to August 10th 36 shall be included in the August pay check of each school year.
BUS DRIVERS ONLY. 29.01 Regular Trips (routes): are defined as the daily miles for both morning and afternoon public, non-community school pupils, driven from the time the bus leaves storage, completes regular routes and returns to storage. They include noon kindergarten miles and all daily vocational and shuttle miles (O.A.C. 3301-83-01(G)(3) and (4). They will be posted in accordance with the terms of this agreement and be paid according to the schedule contained herein.
29.01.01 Regular bus route drivers will receive two (2) hours minimum pay per run. Special needs route drivers will receive one (1) hour minimum pay per run and be paid in fifteen (15) minute increments.
29.01.02 Temporary Regular Trips (routes) will be assigned on a rotational basis by seniority on a daily basis. Any temporary, regular trips that become available less than 48 hours before the trip may be assigned at the discretion of the Supervisor.
