Business Case Development. The goal of this task is to create the business case for public-access XXX infrastructure by taking a holistic look at the technology and infrastructure considerations, the public sector objectives, relevant private sector players, existing business model framework from comparable sectors, and key risks. • Develop a baseline business model for public access XXX charging stations, identifying core cost and revenue centers. • Identify and rank the financial risk associated with the various components of the business case to prioritize investment hurdles. • Identify each potential stakeholder and potential area of responsibility required of the project partners and stakeholder groups to develop a replicable approach for other fleets transitioning to zero-emission. • Evaluate how potential stakeholder values align with the identified risks and mitigations strategies. • Illustrate a possible deal structure, defining roles for key stakeholder and market participants. • Conduct high-level market soundings with equity investors, lenders, and rating agency representatives to solicit feedback on risk and bankability. • Produce a Public Access XXX Infrastructure Business Framework report summarizing the activities conducted in this task and the feedback provided by key stakeholders. Business Case Development. The processors attending the Boot Camp received support to develop a competitive business strategy and action plan for targeting BoP markets. At the end of the Boot Camp, each processor presented their business model and justification to target the BoP market in their country through a competitive selection process to an external evaluation panel. The competition aimed at identifying the processor with the most innovative BoP business strategy for hands on technical assistance to launch their strategy with the support of BoP Inc. experts. Rumishael and Daughters, a Tanzanian processor, emerged the winner of the competition out of the 6 processors that presented their business cases to the panel.

  • Sustainable Development 4.1 The Authority will review the Contractor’s Sustainable Development Policy Statement and Sustainable Development Plan submitted by the Contractor in accordance with the Schedule (Sustainable Development Requirements) and then at least annually thereafter. 4.2 Sustainable Procurement Risk Assessment Methodology (SPRAM) is a tool used by the Authority to identify and mitigate any potential risks to sustainability in contracts. The process requires that each Contract be assessed for its potential social, economic and environmental risks, throughout the various stages of its lifetime. Where risks are identified, appropriate mitigation action is required to reduce or eliminate the risk to sustainability. The Authority may at times require input from the Contractor in order to ensure that this process is given the required levels of consideration.

  • Adverse Developments Since June 30, 2009, there has been no material adverse change in the business, operations or condition (financial or otherwise) of the Company; nor has there been since such date, any damage, destruction or loss, whether covered by insurance or not, materially or adversely affecting the business, properties or operations of the Company.

  • Software Development Software designs, prototypes, and all documentation for the final designs developed under this agreement must be made fully transferable upon direction of NSF. NSF may make the software design, prototype, and documentation for the final design available to competitors for review during any anticipated re-competition of the project.

  • Employee Development The Employer may provide employees the opportunity to participate in appropriate seminars, workshops or short courses. When possible and appropriate the Employer will provide to all staff information on seminars, workshops or short courses by posting a notice on the Employer’s internal web site.

  • Job Development Job development/placement is individualized and shall include weekly person-to-person job search assistance, assistance with identifying job leads, interview coaching and support, and maintaining a log of job search activities for the purposes of obtaining competitive integrated employment. By mutual consent of the consumer and the THE ARC XXXXXXX COUNTY, these services may be provided in-person or by Skype, FaceTime, or other online communication tools. Job development/placement may also include arranging job trials/job shadowing for individuals with a DORS Trial Work Experience Plan, assistance with completing applications, assistance with employer follow-up after interviews, use of personal employment networks in job search, and resume update. It would include time spent calling employers, visiting and educating employers and similar activities. Job development/placement shall not be paid for using supported employment funding and shall not include the Discovery process, which is pre-vocational in nature and may be completed prior to job development. Up to 60 hours for job search assistance, authorized in 20-hour increments, may be used for job development. Additional hours of job development may be requested and require written justification by THE ARC XXXXXXX COUNTY and approval of the DORS regional/program director. Job Development Reporting. The Employment Service Progress Form is expected to be submitted to DORS on a monthly basis per consumer. This form is available on the DORS website (xxx.xxxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx).

  • Staff Development Leave (a) An employee will be granted leave without loss of pay, at their basic rate of pay, to take courses (including related examinations) or attend conferences, conventions, seminars, workshops, symposiums or similar out-of-service programs, at the request of the Employer. The amount of pay received by an employee will not exceed the full-time daily hours of work as outlined in Clause 14.2 (Hours of Work). When such leave is granted, the Employer will bear the full cost, including tuition fees, entrance or registration fees, laboratory fees, and course-related books. The Employer will also reimburse the employee for approved travelling, subsistence, and other legitimate, applicable expenses. (b) An employee may be granted leave without pay, with pay, or leave with partial pay, to take work related courses in which the employee wishes to enrol to acquire the skills necessary to enhance opportunities. (c) Approval of requests will be given reasonable consideration and leaves pursuant to this article will be administered in a reasonable manner. (d) Should the employee noted above terminate their employment for any reason during the six month period following completion of the above-noted leave, the employee will reimburse the Employer for all expenses incurred by the Employer (i.e. tuition fees, entrance or registration fees, laboratory fees, and course-required books) on a proportionate basis.
