Call-Back While On. Stand-By Employees called back who are receiving stand-by pay while participating on one of the Duty Programs referenced in Appendix C of this Agreement will receive a minimum of three (3) hours compensation at time and one-half. Such employees shall be entitled to only one minimum call-back per three (3) hour period. The time of the call, for purposes of this section, will be recorded as the time dispatched on the City’s Shortel telephone system, SCADA system, CAD system, and/or the City’s contracted alarm system.

Call-Back While On. The payment in (a) above shall cease during the time employee is called back to work while on scheduled stand-by and the employee be paid at the applicable overtime rate or four (4) hours straight time pay, whichever is greater. When called back on stand-by, an employee shall be paid a transportation allowance in accordance with Article for the use of their automobile up to a of kilometers for each round trip or the Employer will reimburse the employee for taxi fare within the City limits. (Effective upon ratification).

  • Call Back Time Any employee called back to work after completion of his/her regular assignment shall be compensated for at least two (2) hours of work at the overtime rate, irrespective of the actual time worked.

  • Call Back Where employees are called back to work after having completed a regular shift, and prior to the commencement of their next regular shift, they shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours of work or four (4) hours pay at the rate of time and one-half (1-1/2) their regular hourly earnings. Superior provisions shall remain.

  • Call Back From Vacation (a) Employees who have commenced their annual vacation shall not be called back to work, except in cases of extreme emergency.

  • Call Backs 9.1 Call-back occurs when the employee:

  • Call Back Number A telephone number that can be used by the PSAP to re-contact the location from which a 911/E-911 Call was placed. The telephone number may or may not be the telephone number of the station used to originate the 911/E-911 Call.

  • Minimum Call-Back Time An employee who is called in and required to work outside their regular working hours shall be paid for a minimum of two (2) hours at overtime rates unless the call-in is immediately prior to their normal work day, in which case there should be no minimum.

  • Call Back Pay 1. When an employee returns to work because of an agency/department request made after the employee has completed his or her normal work shift and left the work station, the employee shall be credited with four (4) hours work plus any hours of work in excess of four (4) hours in which the employee is continuously engaged in work for which he or she was called back.

  • REPORTING AND CALL BACK TIME 11.1 Reporting time pay is contained in the Appendices attached to and forming part of this Agreement.

  • Requesting Price Increase/Required Documentation Contractor must submit a written notification at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the requested effective date of the change, setting the amount of the increase, along with an itemized list of any increased prices, showing the Contractor’s current price, revised price, the actual dollar difference and the percentage of the price increase by line item. Price change requests must include H-GAC Forms D Offered Item Pricing and E Options Pricing, or the documentation used to submit pricing in the original Response and be supported with substantive documentation (e.g. manufacturer's price increase notices, copies of invoices from suppliers, etc.) clearly showing that Contractor's actual costs have increased per the applicable line item bid. The Producer Price Index (PPI) may be used as partial justification, subject to approval by H-GAC, but no price increase based solely on an increase in the PPI will be allowed. This documentation should be submitted in Excel format to facilitate analysis and updating of the website. The letter and documentation must be sent to the Bids and Specifications manager, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, at Xxxxxxx.Xxxxxx@x-xxx.xxx Review/Approval of Requests If H-GAC approves the price increase, Contractor will be notified in writing; no price increase will be effective until Contractor receives this notice. If H-GAC does not approve Contractor’s price increase, Contractor may terminate its performance upon sixty (60) days advance written notice to H-GAC, however Contractor must fulfill any outstanding Purchase Orders. Termination of performance is Contractor’s only remedy if H-GAC does not approve the price increase. H-GAC reserves the right to accept or reject any price change request.

  • Causes Beyond Control Neither party of this contract shall be held responsible for delay or default caused by fire, riot, acts of God, sovereign, public enemy, and/or war which is beyond that party's control. The STATE may terminate this contract upon written notice after determining such delay or default will reasonably prevent successful performance of the contract. In the event a cause or causes beyond control impact this contract, the STATE may grant a reasonable extension of time and shall not additionally compensate the PURCHASER.
