Common use of Callouts Clause in Contracts

Callouts. For the purposes of this Agreement, a callout shall be when a member is required by a supervisor to return to work other than during the member's regular detailed working hours. (a) If a member is required to return to work on their regular day off the member shall be compensated at double the member's regular hourly rate of pay for each such hour worked or for 3 hours at double the member's regular hourly rate of pay, whichever is the greater.
