An employee who has completed a regular work period and gone home, if called in for extra service before the employee's next regular work period, shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours at time and one-half. Where the employee commences work less than fourfour (4) hours in advance of the employee's regular work period and continues without break into that period, the employee shall be paid for the first four (4) hours following the start of the callout at the rate of time and one-half. Overtime premium paid as the result of the work extending into the employee's regular work period will be paid at the applicable overtime rate only;
