Cancellation and Withdrawal. Sponsorships are non-cancelable. If written cancellation is received from Exhibitor on or before Ninety (90) days of the first day of the conference (“Early Termination Date”), 100% of the commitment will be released.
Cancellation and Withdrawal. Vendors must provide payment in full and the Vendor Application by November 2, 2019 in order to retain their booth space(s). All payments are final and NO REFUNDS will be issued in the event a vendor wishes to cancel or withdraw. All merchandise or products, circulars, other promotional activities, chairs, boxes and other equipment or supplies must be confined to the limits of the booth space, must not interfere with adjacent booths, intrude on normal aisle traffic or space, impede patron passage, or block entrances/exits to stadium, restrooms, stairways, and escalators/elevators. No vendor shall assign, sublet or share booth space allotted without the knowledge and written consent of FCCC. Vendors shall not under any circumstances distribute any form of merchandise, products or materials in any area of the stadium beyond their booth space. As a condition of being provided a booth space, each Vendor agrees to observe the rules stated in this document, and any vendor that does not do so will be subject to whatever action deemed necessary by FCCC to correct or prevent the violation. The FCCC reserves the right to restrict vendors that, because of noise, method of operation or any other reason, become objectionable. No more than four (4) individuals may operate a single table at the same time. Also, for safety, fire, etc., booths must be set up to allow working space for booth personnel within the designated confines of the stadium. Vendors and booth personnel will not be allowed to stand in the aisle. Booth spaces must be staffed at all times. Any booth space which is not staffed for a period of time deemed unreasonable by the FCCC may be removed from the booth space with no refund being made to the vendor.
Cancellation and Withdrawal. For the avoidance of doubt, the benefit receivable under an award will not apply to the Parents' liability to pay the first term's Fees if less than a term's written notice of cancellation is given, or to any term for which the School requires payment of fees in lieu of notice following withdrawal without proper notice.

If written can- cellation is received from Exhibitor on or before September 1, 2020 (“Early Termination Date”), 100% of the commitment will be released. Xxxxx cancellations after September 1, 2020 will be liable for the entire booth fee, even if the booth space is resold. If Exhibitor desires to cancel or withdraw from the Conference and Exhibition, Exhibitor shall immediately notify Association of such decision in writing. In such event, Exhibitor shall forfeit all exhibitor and technical registrations, any loyalty points that would have been acquired by Exhibitor as a result of its participation in the Conference and Exhibition, as well as any items offered with the Space. Exhibitor will be subject to the provisions under the TERMINATION section of this contract.
Cancellation and Withdrawal. 1. Charges may be refunded if a student cancels their enrollment or withdraws from a course. Cancellation or withdrawal requests should be made in writing by sending an email to the Registrar at xxxxxxxxx@xxxxx.xxx. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment within 30 days from the date the University receives the student’s withdrawal request. No tuition refunds will be issued if a student has not submitted a cancellation/withdrawal request. Tuition and fees cannot be carried over to the next semester.
2. A student requesting cancellation of their enrollment within 7 calendar days after signing an enrollment agreement is entitled to a full refund of all tuition and fees paid except the Application Fee.
3. A student requesting cancellation more than 7 calendar days after signing an enrollment agreement, but prior to beginning a course, is entitled to a refund of all tuition and fees paid minus: (i) the application fee and (ii) the library fee.
4. A student requesting to withdraw from a course after the course has begun is eligible for a refund of tuition and fees paid in accordance to the schedule in Part V.
5. Agora University will issue a full refund of the tuition charges for courses that have been canceled by the University. 4- Tuition and University Fees Structure:

A. Discount Groups: Employees of the Alexandria School Foundation, a strategic partner of Agora University, receive an additional 30% discount on the tuition rate if they reside in Part II countries.
Cancellation and Withdrawal. Should the Lessee for any reason whatsoever, cancel or revoke this Contract within any of the applicable periods speficied herein below, the Lessor shall not be obligated to Lessee beyond the applicable amount specified herein below for the refund of rental theretofore paid by Lessee:
A) Before August 1, 2018 Deposit will be refunded
B) After August 1, 2018 No refund and contracted space may be resassigned by Lessor at its discretion and contract is voidable at the option of Lessor.
Cancellation and Withdrawal. A Participant who holds an Option under the Plan may cancel all (but not less than all) of his or her Option and terminate his or her payroll deduction authorization by notice delivered to the Administrator in accordance with the procedures prescribed by, and in a form acceptable to, the Administrator. To be effective with respect to an upcoming Exercise Date, such cancellation notice must be delivered not later than ten (10) Business Days prior to such Exercise Date (or such other time as specified by the Administrator). Upon such termination and cancellation, the balance in the Participant’s Account will be returned to the Participant, without interest, as soon as administratively practicable thereafter. For the avoidance of doubt, a Participant who reduces his or her withholding rate for a future Offering Period or future payroll periods within an ongoing Offering Period to 0% pursuant to Section 7 of the Plan, will be deemed to have terminated his or her payroll deduction authorization and cancelled his or her participation in future Offering Periods, unless the Participant delivers a new payroll deduction authorization for a subsequent Offering Period in accordance with the rules of Section 7(b) of the Plan.
Cancellation and Withdrawal. Exhibit booths are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-cancellable. Full payment of the exhibit booth space must accompany this application. Should an invoice be required, full payment is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice. All exhibit booth applications received after May 3, 2021 must be accompanied by full payment.

Sponsor will be liable for the entire sponsorship fee, even if part of the sponsorship includes a Tabletop Exhibit Booth, and the booth space is resold. If Sponsor desires to cancel or withdraw from the Conference and Exhibition, Sponsor shall immediately notify the Association of such decision in writing. In such event, Sponsor shall forfeit all sponsor and technical registrations, that would have been acquired by Sponsor as a result of its participation in the Conference, as well as any items offered with the Tabletop Space. Sponsor will be subject to the provisions under the TERMINATION section of this contract.
Cancellation and Withdrawal. You may withdraw as a party to this Memorandum of Coverage and as a participant in the coverage provided you meet the requirements, as specified in the Joint Exercise of Power Agreement, Bylaws and Participation Agreement, and applicable policies and procedures of the Redwood Empire Municipal Insurance Fund.
