CANCELLATION OF CALL. The Employer may cancel an Employee's call up to the start of turnaround in effect prior to the starting time of the call and shall not be required to pay the Employee for such cancelled call. Between the turnaround in effect and eight (8) hours’ notice of cancellation prior to the starting time of the call, a minimum of four (4) hours shall be paid to the Employee at the day's prevailing rate. If the notice of cancellation is less than eight (8) hours, the Employee shall be paid for eight (8) hours at the day's prevailing rate.
CANCELLATION OF CALL. Full-time and hourly bargaining unit employees shall be compensated for four (4) hours in cash payment if a call (theatre show, event or production) is canceled less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to its start time, unless the call is canceled for acts of God or acts of Government. In no event shall there be compound or cumulative (e.g., pyramid of) payments.

CANCELLATION OF CALL. 9.1 The Employer shall cancel a call by notifying the Union of cancellation prior to sixteen (16) hours before the time of call. In the event such notice is not given to the Union prior to that time, then, unless the Union consents to such cancellation, the Employer shall pay to the Employees designated by the Union to fill the call an amount equal to that remuneration which the Employees would have earned through four (4) hours of work at normal time in their respective work categories. If the time of a call is extended without prior notice of sixteen (16) hours before the original time of call and if the call is subsequently cancelled, then this Article 9 shall be applied with reference to the original time of call.
9.2 When a residency in the theatre is longer than one day then this Article shall apply only to the first day of the residency. All subsequent calls shall be set at the completion of the current call.
CANCELLATION OF CALL. In the event of cancellation of previously called employees, if notification is not given by (i) the completion of the previous day's work; or (ii) if not a work day, by 3:00 p.m. of the day preceding the call; or (iii) 6:00 p.m. due to inclement weather, then the employee shall be paid an eight (8) hour minimum call; however, if the cancelled call was for a travel only day or wrap only crew, then the employee shall be paid in accordance with Article XIV.
CANCELLATION OF CALL. (a) Any change or cancellations of calls due to adverse weather shall be made if possible, before the Employee leaves work at the end of the day. Due to adverse weather, the Producer may cancel a crew call up to eight (8) hours prior to the starting time of the call. Between eight (8) hours and four (4) hours notice of cancellation prior to the starting time of the call, a minimum credit of four (4) hours shall be paid to the Employees at the days prevailing rate. The Union shall notify the Producers by 10:00 p.m., prior to the morning of production of its inability to fill a position in order to allow the Producer to make other arrangements for that specific occasion.
CANCELLATION OF CALL. 7.1 The Employer shall cancel a call by notifying the Union of cancellation prior to forty-eight (48) hours before the commencement of the call. In the event such notice is not given, the Employer shall pay to the employee an amount equal to that remuneration which the Employees would have earned through four (4) hours of work at straight time in their respective work categories. For the purposes of this clause, changing the start time of a call by more than two (2) hours shall constitute a cancellation.
CANCELLATION OF CALL. Notice must be given to the Business Agent by personal contact, and if this is not possible a message must be left at his residence and notice given to the appropriate Xxxxxxx as follows:
(a) When a call has been set and is subsequently cancelled prior to its commencement and the Foundation has not provided 12 hours notice to Seasonal Employees, the Foundation shall pay the appropriate minimum call to the Employees affected.
(b) If a call has been cancelled without 48 hours notice to non-seasonal employees, the appropriate minimum call shall be paid to the affected employees.
(c) Cancellation of a Performance - Should the Foundation wish or find it necessary to cancel a scheduled performance, a minimum of twenty-four

If the time of a call is extended without prior notice of sixteen (16) hours before the original time of call and if the call is subsequently cancelled, then this Article 9.1 shall be applied with reference to the original time of call.
