Cancellation of Reservation. If student cancels his/her Room Reservation regardless of date of application the entire Deposit will be forfeited. Once a room assignment is made, Student may view his/her assignment by logging into the Housing Portal, selecting the current term application and looking under application status. A key/access will be available for pick-up to students on the date the license agreement term begins. Once Student picks up a key or access to the assigned space it is considered occupied and Student shall be obligated to pay all amounts due under this License Agreement for the full duration of the term of this License Agreement. If prior to the expiration of the License Agreement, Student ceases to be registered as a student at the University, Student shall (1) become ineligible for residence hall occupancy and must vacate the Assigned Space within three (3) days of ceasing to be registered, except where the University has agreed in writing to extend this date; (2) forfeit all amounts due under this License Agreement for the full duration of the term of this License Agreement; (3) forfeit the entire Deposit; and (4) be charged other applicable fees as indicated in section 10 of this License Agreement.
Cancellation of Reservation a. Parties who may cancel reservations for use of Xxxxxx Xxxx District facilities prior to 60 or more days before scheduled usage shall be entitled to full refund of deposit.
b. Parties who may cancel reservations for use of Xxxxxx Xxxx District facilities within 59 days of scheduled usage shall forfeit the entire reservation deposit.

Cancellation of Reservation. If the tenant wishes to cancel the reservation made within one month before the start of the rental period, the deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellation of Reservation a) Cancellations must be made prior to November 15, 2020 to avoid rent charges. A student wishing to cancel housing must formally cancel the contract prior to the first day of the contract period, which is the published opening day of the residence halls. Cancellations can be submitted through the housing portal at xxx.xxx/xxxxxxx.
b) A registered student who fails to cancel the contract prior to the first day of the contract period, and is not living in the residence halls is held financially responsible for rental charges for space in the residence halls for the duration of the contract period. The full amount of rent due under the terms of this contract shall constitute a debt owed to the university and, if unpaid, may be collected in any lawful manner and may prevent registration at the university. c) University Housing reserves the right to use space not claimed by of 5 p.m. on the first day of classes.
d) Cancellation of campus housing does not automatically cancel a selected meal plan. You must contact NAU Campus Dining to cancel a meal plan. Cancellation of a Campus Dining meal plan does not cancel campus housing.
Cancellation of Reservation. Cancellations are only accepted in writing. The following costs will be charged unless explicitly and in writing otherwise agreed (based on the written final confirmation): Regular cancellation deadlines Up to 21 days before arrival: no costs 20 - 0 days before arrival: 100% of the overnight stay Cancellation deadlines during high season Up to 60 days before arrival: no costs 59 - 0 days before arrival: 100% of the overnight stay If the canceled room can be re-rented, the costs will be waived. The same rule applies to late vacation starts or early departures. In the event of an early departure, the agreed room rate for the remaining duration of your stay will be charged unless the rooms can be rented out further.
Cancellation of Reservation. 1. The lessee may cancel a reservation in the manner of prescribed by the Company.
2. If the lessee does not start the procedure for concluding the Rental Contract even if more than 1 hour has passed since the reserved rental start time, the reservation shall be deemed to be canceled unless otherwise approved by the Company.
3. In cases set forth in the preceding Paragraph, the lessee shall immediately pay the cancellation fee described below to the Company. 4. If the reservation is canceled or the Rental Contract is not concluded due to its own circumstances, the Company shall refund the received application fee and pay a penalty based on the Cancellation Fee set forth in the preceding Paragraph.
5. If the Rental Contract is not concluded due to an accident, theft, not-return, recall, natural disaster, or any other reason not attributable to either the lessee or the Company, the reservation shall be deemed to be canceled. In such cases, the Company shall refund the received application fee to the lessee.
Cancellation of Reservation. A reservation will be deemed automatically canceled if Licensee fails to deliver to Association, not later than the third business day prior to the Use Date, all remaining fees for use of the Facilities along with required proof of insurance and all necessary permits. Licensee may cancel at any time on or before the 7th day prior to the Use Date and be entitled to a full refund of the Cleaning Deposit provided for in Section 6 below and all use fees paid by Licensee to Association. In the event Licensee cancels less than 7 days prior to the Use Date, Association shall refund the Cleaning Deposit but shall retain the portion of the Use Fee paid by Licensee as its liquidated damages (the parties agreeing that it would be extremely impractical or difficult to ascertain the exact damages sustained by Association in such event and that the Use Fee paid is a reasonable approximation of such damages). The acceptance of a reservation by Association does not guaranty or imply any right to use the Facilities, and Association reserves the right to cancel a reservation at any time and for any reason whatsoever by returning to Licensee the Cleaning Deposit and all fees paid.
Cancellation of Reservation. Any cancellation of your reservation through Ride Fly is subject to cancellation fees charged by the airlines, which may vary depending on the flight and the degree of reservation. - Some reservations are non-refundable depending on airline policies. - It only accepts cancellation requests that are sent via email, or made via customer service or WhatsApp. Ride Fly is not legally responsible for accepting any cancellation requests made via any other media, which may include (but is not limited to) messages, mail or others. Online and Mobile Cancellation We do not currently offer instant online or mobile cancellation. Offline Cancellation Requests We currently only accept cancellation requests sent by email or made via - Customer service or via the WhatsApp page. If you cancel your reservation within a transit period of 48 hours from the scheduled departure time, you must contact our customer service team here to complete that. - If you have completed check-in, whether online, at the airport, or by phone, and then want to cancel your reservation, you must contact the airline directly to do so. Please note that Ride Fly cannot refund the reservation amount in this case Bear any legal responsibility for any other issues arising from this. - Requests to cancel a reservation made by a traveler, the value of which has been refunded and the owners attempt to benefit from the same reservation or change it - Before deleting it from the passenger’s name register directly through the airline, Ride Fly reserves the right to deduct the amount that was returned to their account again using the same payment method that was made on the website when booking previously. - Service fees charged for flight reservations are non-refundable and will not be refunded in the event of cancellation of the reservation.
Cancellation of Reservation. I /We, hereby agree that GCW9 Land Inc,. shall have the right to automatically cancel my/our reservation without further notice and without need of judicial rescission and to forfeit as liquidated damages my/our reservation fee and whatever other payments I/We have made, with any and all rights to the unit(s) considered waived by me/us in favor of GCW9 LAND INC., in the event of any of the following:
a. Failure to appear in person at GCW9 LAND INC. offices for Reservation Counseling within Seven (7) days from payment of the Reservation Fee;
b. Failure to appear in person at GCW9 LAND INC. offices for loan counseling within Sixty (60) days from payment of the Reservation Fee;
c. Failure to pay the first equity payment within thirty (30)days from payment of Reservation Fee; sole discretion, may extend this reservation for a period of not more than fifteen (15) days within which to make the down payment.
