Candidate Search. For a period of 90 days from the date hereof, the Board’s Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee (the “Nominating Committee”) will conduct a search and take related actions to attempt to identify and vet suitable candidates for appointment to the Board, with the goal of the candidate search being for the Board to appoint one additional director to the Board prior to the end of such 90-day period who qualifies as “independent” under the Nasdaq corporate governance standards (the “Candidate Search”). The Nominating Committee shall conduct the Candidate Search based on criteria established by the Nominating Committee, including, without limitation, those criteria set forth in the Company’s Definitive Proxy Statement filed by the Company with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 30, 2013, under the heading “Corporate Governance - Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.”

Candidate Search. Candidates may be sought through a combination of the following search methods: advertising of the position, executive recruitment search, a review of the council’s Register of Directors (see section 8.8 of this policy), nominations from the mayor, governing body and local board members and crown agencies. A complete list of candidates will be compiled, usually with the assistance of council’s executive recruitment consultant.
Candidate Search. 1. Any unfilled position shall be advertised in that particular school district, community and county. Any position not filled from within the district shall be advertised outside. The means for advertising an opening shall follow the same procedures as that for a teacher vacancy, including but not limited to, the Citizen, Daily Record, Star Ledger, state colleges and private universities. 2. A file pertaining to the position shall be maintained and include all resumes and applications. 3. In an activity in which an assignment had been made, a search to fill that position for the following year shall begin at the conclusion of that season/year.
Candidate Search. 9.1 The Service Provider shall raise the profile of the appointments by targeting candidates in sought after occupations and minority groups. 9.2 The Service Provider shall provide regular update reports to the Financial Ombudsman Service on the progress of the candidate search and in particular the Service Provider’s success in attracting interest and applications from candidates in all underrepresented groups. 9.3 The Service provider will ensure that all potential candidates are treated in line with the Services’ values and in everything they do promote the employee brand. 9.4 The Service Provider will track diversity information for candidates at all stages of the recruitment process in line with diversity monitoring required by the Ombudsman.
Candidate Search. The Contractor shall raise the profile of the appointments by targeting candidates in sought after occupations and minority groups, and shall provide:  A Full Search approach (as described in this paragraph) through actively sourcing and researching the market place to find the right individuals for the post(s); the process is researching the market place against specific criteria/areas of expertise being sought, contact (telephone/face to face/emails) and liaise with the individuals actively over a period of time with the aim of encouraging them to apply for the post. This approach will also involve using networks/contacts to provide names of people who can either act as a source and/or a potential candidate. Where a Client decides that a Full Search is not required the Contractor shall provide a Limited Search approach (as described in this paragraph) through use of existing database, utilising existing networks/contacts to produce a list of individuals. The approach is very much a targeted email or phone call to specific individuals.  Regular update reports to the Client on the progress of the candidate search and in particular the Contractor’s success in attracting interest and applications from women, members of ethnic minorities, disabled people and other under represented groups.
Candidate Search. The board will then appoint a specialist board appointment firm to facilitate the appointment process in accordance with this policy and a high standard board selection process.
