Car Allowance and Parking. The Executive shall be provided with (a) a luxury-class automobile leased by the Company under the same terms and conditions as enjoyed by other senior corporate officers of the Company, which terms shall include reimbursement for all fuel, toll, maintenance, insurance and upkeep costs associated with the vehicle, and (b) a reserved parking space at the Company’s headquarters. Upon termination of the Executive’s employment under this Agreement for any reason, the Company may, at its option, demand the prompt return of the automobile, or, upon the mutual agreement of the Executive and the Company, the Executive may assume the lease for the automobile.

The City will provide parking at the XxXxx Center Ramp for employees who work at City Hall at no cost to the employees. In the event that this location is closed, temporarily inaccessible, or the daily parking demand is projected to exceed capacity, parking will then be provided for these employees at another lot. Prior notice will be given to the employees under such circumstances. The City will provide parking at the Xxxxx XxXxxxxxx lot near the Downtown Market and the DASH North will deliver City employees directly to City Hall via Monroe Avenue. It will run at 10 minute intervals Monday – Saturday from 6:30am to 10:00pm. Section 3. The City will reimburse employees for equipment operation license endorsements required by Management. Section 4. Employees who qualify according to the IRS rules will be allowed to pay for parking in the City ramps on a before tax basis. This will apply to employees who pay for parking and receive a parking card from Parking Services.   • Car Allowance The Company shall provide the Executive an automobile allowance of $750 per month during the term of Executive’s employment hereunder.
