CAR RENTAL REIMBURSEMENT. If YOUR VEHICLE becomes inoperable and must remain at the REPAIR FACILITY and the MECHANICAL BREAKDOWN or FAILURE has been authorized by the ADMINISTRATOR for four (4) or more hours of labor, the ADMINISTRATOR agrees to reimburse YOU for rental car transportation from a licensed vehicle rental company (except where prohibited by law). Such expense shall be limited to forty dollars ($40) per calendar day not to exceed one hundred sixty dollars ($160) per occurrence including delays associated with ADMINISTRATOR required inspections or the shipment of parts needed for covered repairs. WE reserve the right to select the rental car company that YOU use. YOUR car rental benefit is based upon the number of labor hours required to repair YOUR VEHICLE as listed in a nationally recognized labor time guide selected by the ADMINISTRATOR. Each additional eight (8) hours of authorized labor qualifies YOU for an additional day of rental reimbursement, subject to the forty (40) dollars per day and one hundred sixty (160) dollars per occurrence limit of liability, as well as the aggregate limit of liability for this Contract. Rental car benefits require prior authorization by the ADMINISTRATOR.

If you require alternate transportation due to the MECHANICAL BREAKDOWN of a covered part, this Agreement will pro- vide reimbursement for the actual expenses of substitute transportation up to $35 per day, to a maximum of five (5) days, and $175 per breakdown, once you have an authorized repair. Rental must be made from an authorized rental agency or your repair facility. Reimbursement for substitute transportation under this Agreement is based solely on the repair time required to repair the vehicle. This Agreement does not provide for NESNA to assist with additional rental Repair Time Required Number of Days Allowed Maximum Reimbursement 0.1 – 8.0 Hours 2 up to $70 8.1 – 16.0 Hours 3 up to $105 16.1 – 24.0 Hours 4 up to $140 24.1 – 32.0 Hours 5 up to $175 due to weekends, holidays, parts on back order, or shop delays. CAR RENTAL REIMBURSEMENT. In return for your payment, Nissan Extended Services North America, GP (NESNA)* will arrange for a Nissan dealer to repair or replace all covered parts of your vehicle (see Section “This Service Agreement Covers” below) when such repair or replacement is due to a “MECHANICAL BREAK- DOWN”, as defined below, and when all other terms and conditions of this Agreement are met. MECHANICAL BREAKDOWN means the inability of a covered part(s) to perform the function(s) for which it was designed, due solely to defects in Nissan materials or faulty workmanship for which Nissan is responsible. MECHANICAL BREAKDOWN does not include damage due to negligence, damage caused by an accident, or the gradual reduction in operating performance due to wear and tear. In addition, this Agreement does not provide any benefit for any mechanical failure or breakdown caused by a non-covered part. *NESNA indicates Nissan Extended Services North America, GP, P.O. YOUR SECURITY+PLUS SERVICE AGREEMENT TERM This Agreement applies during the term shown in the Vehicle/Agreement Information section of this Agreement.
