CASUAL EMPLOYEES (OVERTIME. 31.1 Casual employees will receive overtime in accordance with clause 30 when working more than 38 hours each week or for work performed outside the spread of hours described in clause 27 (Hours of Work). Casual overtime rates are calculated on the minimum hourly rate exclusive of any applicable casual loading.

CASUAL EMPLOYEES (OVERTIME. If a casual employee is authorized to and does work, they will receive payment of overtime premium at the rate of one and one- half (1-1/2) times the employee’s regular straight time hourly rate of pay for said time worked as prescribed under the Employment Standards Act. (The intent of this article is not to regularly extend shifts to bypass the present overtime protocol.)
CASUAL EMPLOYEES (OVERTIME. All time worked outside the spread of ordinary working hours or in excess of 10 in any one day or 38 in any one week, shall be paid for at overtime rates. Where ever possible, permanent part-time employees will be offered the extra work hours before overtime is offered to a casual employee.
