Casual Overtime. (a) Overtime for casual Employees means work that is performed:
Casual Overtime. Some overtime instances of relative short duration may be handled by keeping crewing over and not allocation per the overtime roster.
Casual Overtime. Casual staff will only be eligible for overtime when requested to work more than eight hours in any one day or in excess of 38 hours in any one working week, or outside the span of hours. Make-up time An employee may elect, with the consent of the Company, to work make-up time, under which the employee takes time off as ordinary hours, and works those hours at a later time, during the spread of ordinary hours provided in the Agreement at the ordinary rate of pay. An employee on shift work may elect, with the consent of the Company, to work make-up time under which the employee takes time off ordinary hours and works those hours at a time later, at the shift work rate which would have been applicable to the hours taken off. On each occasion that the employee elects to use this provision the resulting agreement shall be recorded in the records kept by the department Supervisor/Manager.
Casual Overtime. During the recent set of negotiations discussions were held concerning casual overtime. Casual overtime is on shift overtime for non-production work such as but not limited to work cell rearrangement or general plant clean-up. When the Company determines that the work in question can be performed by the workforce, the parties agree that the overtime will be managed using the regular overtime sign-up process.
Casual Overtime. In order to complete a transaction, an employee may be required to work up to three-tenths of an hour a day, with compensatory time off, when it is essential that a task started by the employee be completed. Such compensatory time not scheduled by the supervisor within the established biweekly pay period in which it is earned shall be paid at the appropriate rate.

Casual Overtime. (i) The casual overtime rates are the following percentage of the casual co-worker's ordinary hourly rate of pay: Monday to Saturday, first 3 hours 177.5%; Monday to Saturday, after 3 hours 227.5%; Sunday 227.5%; and public holiday 277.5%.
Casual Overtime. 4/4, 4/3: An employee shall receive compensation at one and one half times the regular rate for all work performed in excess of eleven and one-half hours per day.
Casual Overtime. An employee receive at one and one half regular rate for all work performed in excess of eleven and one-half hours per day. 512: An employee shall receive coinpensation at one and times the regular rate for all work in excess of eight hours per day. An employee will be paid two the straight time hourly rate for all overtime hours in excess of four overtime hours within any twenty-four period.
