Casual Hirers keys must be collected from Northside, 0 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx ACT, between the hours of 9.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday. For weekend hire, keys must be collected on the Thursday prior to the hire.
Casual Hirers. Casual Hirers are limited to 12 Hiring Periods of less than once per calendar month or 12 times per calendar year and fall under Council’s Casual Hirers Public Liability Insurance. Casual Hirer means any person or group of persons (not being a sporting group, club, association, corporation, or incorporated body) who hires the Venue for non-commercial or non-profit making purposes.
Casual Hirers keys must be collected between the hours of 9.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday. For weekend hire, keys may be collected on the Friday prior to the weekend.

Casual Hirers. Security Access Cards must be returned to Midland Junction Arts Centre (000 Xxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx) on the first working day (Wed to Fri) following the hire between the hours of 9am and 5pm NB. The office is NOT open prior to 9am.
Casual Hirers will be advised via email where and when to collect keys.
