Method of Performance. Xxxxxxx, in conjunction with its personnel, will determine the method, details, and means of performing the work to be carried out for Subscriber, including the use of sub-contractors if deemed necessary. Subscriber shall have no right to, and shall not, control the manner or determine the method of accomplishing such work. Subscriber may, however, require Xxxxxxx’x personnel to observe at all times the security and safety policies of Subscriber. In addition, Subscriber shall be entitled to exercise a broad general power of supervision and control over the results of work performed by Xxxxxxx to ensure satisfactory performance. This power of supervision shall include the right to inspect, stop work, make suggestions or recommendations as to the details of the work, and request modifications to the scope of an Offering Document.
Method of Performance. The Associate shall forward to the Company the completed application forms along with all other relevant documents for being transmitted by the Company to the University or College to which admission is being sought.

We also retain consultants from time to time to assist in developing our intellectual property. However, We never subcontract out any Service other than device installations from time to time.

In performing the Services, Consultant shall (a) act in the Company’s best interest at all times, (b) conduct himself at the highest professional standards of ethics and integrity, (c) use his good faith efforts and skills to preserve the business of the Company and the goodwill of employees and persons having business relations with the Company, (d) devote as much time, energy and effort as is necessary to perform the Services in accordance with the highest professional standards, (e) comply with all written Company codes of conduct and all written Company policies and procedures that may be implicated by his provision of the Services, and (f) conduct the Services in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws.
Method of Performance. Reseller will request the Services from Experian by electronic means. Each such request will contain sufficient identifying information concerning the Consumer about whom the information is requested to enable Experian to perform the Services and will identify, in the manner specified by Experian, the fact that the request is being made by Reseller. If so requested by Reseller, Experian will attempt to provide the Services by means of automated processing (CPU to CPU).
Method of Performance. All communications between the Parties regarding this protocol may be carried out by post or by telefax. In the latter case, messages shall be regarded as valid and binding provided that the telefax sender ID belongs to the counterparty and the original document appears to have been signed by a representative of the counterparty.
