CHANGE TO ROSTER. 13.1 When an employee is asked by the Company to stand down with more than 7 seven days notice, then it is deemed to be a simple change to published roster, and no payments apply, as there will be an alternative published roster with revised published ordinary hours.

CHANGE TO ROSTER. 7.1. Changes to the roster require consultation in accordance with clause 6 – Consultation of Change, followed by not less than 4 weeks’ notice of thechange, or less by agreement.
CHANGE TO ROSTER. Change to the roster must be confirmed in writing by the Customer Service Coordinator at least 24 hours prior to the roster change, when practicable. When possible, programs will be scheduled in advance with at least 4 weeks’ notice provided.
CHANGE TO ROSTER. The structure of a whole roster will not be changed without a minimum of 4 weeks notice, provided that an individual employee’s place on such roster shall not be changed except on one weeks notice of such change, or payment of the relevant overtime rate. PROVIDED that by agreement between the employer and the employee(s) concerned changes to rosters may occur without the 4 weeks notice specified above.
