Payment of Wages on Termination. An employee’s final pay shall be paid into their financial institution within 24 hours of the date of termination or as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter.

Payment of Wages on Termination. (a) Where employment is terminated summarily or on giving the prescribed notice all wages owing shall, where practicable, be paid on the day of termination.
(b) If payment at the time of termination is not practicable the Employer shall, on the next working day of the pay office arrange for all of the Employee’s outstanding pay and entitlements to be paid into the Employee’s nominated bank or other financial institution account.
(c) Except in circumstances beyond the Employer’s control, if an Employee’s outstanding pay and entitlements upon termination are not paid within the time specified in (21.6(a) or 21.6(b)) above, any time spent waiting to be paid after the date of termination shall be paid for at the Base Rate of Pay up to a maximum of 7.6 hours a day for each day that the Employee is kept waiting for payment and shall continue until the time that payment is made.
Payment of Wages on Termination. (a) When in accordance with a notice of termination of employment as provided by this Agreement an employee’s employment is terminated during the course of a pay period the employee shall, at the termination of their employment, be paid all monies due to them.
(b) When an employee is dismissed without notice, all monies due to such employee shall be forwarded to the employee by post within seven days of the termination of their employment.
