Child Birth Leave. An employee shall be granted a leave of absence with pay for: (i) one (1) day to attend the birth of the employee’s child provided the birth falls on the employee’s regular work day. (ii) one (1) day to attend the homecoming of the mother and child provided the homecoming falls on the employee’s regular work day.
