Class Sponsorships. All teachers with the exception of the graduation coordinator, shall be placed on the revolving schedule of class sponsorship: Classes Two Teachers Freshman $250 Sophomore $250 Junior $250 Senior $250 Graduation Coordinator $300 Prom Coordinator $500 (only one) APPENDIX C EXTRACURRICULAR SCHEDULE If these positions exist, they will be paid the following percentages based on Step 1 of the salary schedule. The inclusion of an assignment on Appendix C does not require the Board to fill all positions. The Board shall have the right to add additional positions to Appendix C, with prior notice and mid-term bargaining with the Association prior to final implementation. However, it is agree that the Board may unilaterally add assistant positions with the salary at ½ of the head coach position. The Board has the right to assign (on a voluntary basis) or dismiss teachers for the positions listed in Appendix C. Basketball Coaching: Varsity Boys 15% Jr. Varsity Boys 9% Varsity Girls 15% Jr. Varsity Girls 9% Baseball Coaching: Varsity 11% Jr. Varsity 7% Softball Coaching: Varsity 11% Jr. Varsity 7% Football: Varsity 12% Jr. Varsity (up to four) 6% Volleyball: Varsity 12% Jr. Varsity 6% Cheerleader Sponsor: Varsity 5.5% Golf: Varsity 4.5% Track: Varsity 5% Assistant Track: Jr. Varsity 2.5% Cross Country: Varsity 5% Athletic Director: 10% Superintendent shall provide the A.D. a minimum of eighty (80) minutes per day during the workday to perform A.D. duties.
Class Sponsorships. Each class will be required to have two (2) sponsors to share sponsorship duties. Hiring priority will be given to full-time staff member, then part-time staff members, and then Board approved community members. Each will be paid a separate amount based on the extracurricular schedule. EXAMPLE: Each freshmen class sponsor will be paid $1,000 for their sponsorship duties.
