CLASSIFICATION AND MINIMUM RATES OF PAY. 25.1. The following minimum weekly rates of pay will be paid to employees as set out in 25.6 below. 25.2. WPW will grade its positions and employees in accordance with the classification definitions and gradings contained in Appendix A - Classification definitions of this Agreement. 25.3. The employee, or their chosen representative, will have the right to request a review his/her classification if it is considered to be incorrect. 25.4. Where no agreement can be reached, any grievance or dispute concerning the classification of an employee, will be resolved by reference to the dispute resolution process referred in the Dispute and Grievance Resolution Clause of this Agreement 25.5. The whole of this subclause will not apply to those employees classified as Senior Executive Officers as provided in Clause 14.11 – Types of Employment 25.6. Table - rates of pay 25.7. Trades reference rate in the classification schedule will be Band 1 Level 4. 25.8. Subject to meeting the classification definitions, the minimum classification for Trade positions will be Band 1 Level 5. 25.9. Subject to meeting the classification definitions, the minimum classification for an adult clerical/administration position must be no less than Band 1 Level 4. 25.10. Subject to meeting the classification definitions, the minimum classification for a position requiring a professional engineering qualification recognised by the Institute of Engineers Australia must be no less than Band 4 Level 1. 25.11. Subject to meeting the classification definitions, the minimum classification for a position requiring the exercise of duties by an Experienced Engineer must be no less than Band 5 Level 1.
CLASSIFICATION AND MINIMUM RATES OF PAY. 13.1 Classifications and minimum rates of pay shall be established as of the effective date of this Agreement as Exhibit "A" shall be attached to and be made a part of this Agreement. 13.2 The matter of establishing new classifications and rates of pay applicable thereto shall be subject to negotiation between the Company and the Union, and when approved shall become a part of this Agreement.

(a) Such committee will consider all relevant facts and may make a recommendation to the respondent employer. (b) A local Classification Committee may consider the matter and will consist of an equal number of employer representatives and union or nominated employee representatives.
CLASSIFICATION AND MINIMUM RATES OF PAY. 15.1 The following minimum weekly rates of pay will be paid to employees as set out in Appendix A. 15.2 The Authority will grade its employees in accordance with the Glenelg Xxxxxxx CMA classification structure and Mercer CED Job Evaluation System. Definitions contained in Appendix A of this Agreement. 15.3 The employee will have the right to request a Classification Panel review his/her classification if it is considered to be incorrect.

  • CLASSIFICATIONS AND RATES OF PAY ‌ 4.1 The classifications of employees covered under this Agreement and the corresponding rates of pay are set forth within Appendix “A” which is attached hereto and made a part of this Agreement. 4.2 Effective December 26, 2018,wages will be increased by .5% plus 100% of the annual average growth rate of the bi-monthly Seattle-Tacoma-Bellevue Area Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers (CPI-W) for the period June 2016 through June 2017 to the period June 2017 through June 2018, minimum 1.5% maximum 4%. 4.2.1 Effective December 25, 2019, wages will be increased by 1% plus 100% of the annual average growth rate of the bi-monthly Seattle-Tacoma-Bellevue Area Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers (CPI-W) for the period June 2017 through June 2018 to the period June 2018 through June 2019, minimum 1.5%, maximum 4%. 4.2.2 Effective January 6, 2021, wages will be increased by 1% plus 100% of the annual average growth rate of the bi-monthly Seattle-Tacoma-Bellevue Area Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers (CPI-W) for the period June 2018 through June 2019 to the period June 2019 through June 2020, minimum 1.5%, maximum 4%. 4.2.3 The base wage rates referenced above will be calculated by applying the appropriate percentage increase to base hourly rates or as otherwise provided for herein. The rates in each Appendix are understood to be illustrative of the increases provided in Articles

  • Rates of Pay (a) Employees shall be paid in accordance with the rates of pay negotiated by the Parties of this Agreement. For information purposes, the applicable rates of pay are recorded as Appendix A to this Agreement. (b) The distribution of paycheques shall be done in such a manner that the details of the paycheque shall be confidential.

  • CLASSIFICATIONS AND WAGE RATES A current list of Field job classifications and applicable wage rates for the Nevada Irrigation District are set forth in the District Wage Schedule.

  • RATES OF PAYMENT B3.1 Current Contract Rates. Included Timber that is removed by Purchaser and presented for Scaling in the product form stated in A2 shall be paid for at Current Contract Rates determined under this Section. “Current Contract Rates” shall be (a) Flat Rates and (b) Tentative Rates adjusted by the escalation procedures in B3.

  • REIMBURSEMENT FOR MILEAGE AND INSURANCE 1. An employee who is required by their employer to use their private vehicle for school district related purposes shall receive reimbursement of: Effective July 1, 2019 $ 0.56 c/Km Effective July 1, 2020 $ 0.57 c/Km Effective July 1, 2021 $ 0.58 c/Km 2. The mileage reimbursement rate established in Article B.10.1 shall be increased by 5 cents/kilometer for travel that is approved and required on unpaved roads. 3. The employer shall reimburse an employee who is required to use their personal vehicle for school district purposes, the difference in premium costs between ICBC rate Class 002 (Pleasure to/from Work) and ICBC rate Class 007 (Business Class) where the employee is required to purchase additional insurance in order to comply with ICBC regulations respecting the use of one’s personal vehicle for business purposes.

  • WAGES AND RATES OF PAY 7.01 Wage Schedules applicable to various job classifications are as set forth in Schedule “A”. 7.02 Additional classifications may be established only by mutual agreement between the Employer and the Union during the term of this Agreement and the rates for same shall be subject to negotiation between the Employer and the Union.

  • Contract Duration and Annual Salary 1. The College hereby employs the Administrator in the capacity of Director - Marketing Services, Associate Professor for one year, commencing on July 1, 2024 and terminating on June 30, 2025.
