- Classroom Expenses Clause Samples

The Classroom Expenses clause defines which costs related to classroom activities are covered and who is responsible for paying them. Typically, this clause outlines whether expenses such as materials, supplies, equipment, or field trip fees are included in the contract or must be reimbursed separately. By clearly allocating responsibility for these costs, the clause helps prevent disputes and ensures that both parties understand their financial obligations regarding classroom-related expenditures.
