CLOSING CLAUSE. This Agreement, the Housing and Meal Plan Cancellation Policy, and the Housing and Residence Life Policies and Procedures Handbook represent the entire agreement between the parties and no oral promises between the University and the resident are binding. Upon signing this Agreement Terms and Conditions, you agree to become aware of and comply with all State, University, Housing and Residence Life rules, policies, regulations, and procedures as published in the Housing and Residence Life Policies and Procedures Handbook and Student Conduct Code available on the WSU website. Once accepted by the Department of Housing and Residence Life, this Agreement is binding until otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Once accepted by the Department of Residence Life, this Contract is binding until otherwise agreed upon in writing. At check-out, damages found in your room and not noted on this form will be billed to you and/or your roommate. If the form is not returned, you become responsible for the damages in the room and the charges they may incur upon your check-out.

This Agreement and the Housing and Residence Life Student Guide represent the entire agreement between the parties and no verbal promises between the University and the student are binding. Upon signing this Agreement, the student agrees to become educated on and comply with all State, University, Housing and Residence Life rules, policies, regulations, and procedures as published in the Housing and Residence Life Student Guide and Student Conduct Code available on the WSU website. Once accepted by the Department of Housing and Residence Life, this Agreement is binding until otherwise agreed upon in writing.
CLOSING CLAUSE. The parties agree that this document shall represent the complete Agreement between the employer and KOSE. The parties also acknowledge that during the meetings which resulted in this Agreement, each had the unlimited right and opportunity to make requests and proposals with respect to any subject or matter not removed by law from the meet and confer process and that the complete understandings and Agreement arrived at by the parties after the exercise of that right and opportunity are set forth in this Agreement. Therefore, the employer and KOSE, for the term of this Agreement, each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waive the right, and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to meet and confer with respect to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in this Agreement.
CLOSING CLAUSE. 28.1 The effective date of this agreement shall be July 1,2019, and the agreement shall remain in effect through June 30, 2021. All other provisions of the MOU, including side letters, remain the same unless otherwise modified by the provisions of this agreement.
28.2 This agreement shall remain in force after its expiration where negotiations between the employer and the Association have not resulted in a new agreement, until such time as a new agreement is reached by both parties.
28.3 Any provisions in this agreement pertaining to work hours, shifts, or personnel assignments may be suspended temporarily by the City where a declared emergency exists as defined by the Civil Disaster Emergency Plan. The City shall have sole power to determine the existence of an emergency and shall meet with the Association at the earliest possible time to discuss the suspension of provisions during the declared emergency.
28.4 If any section of this Agreement should be found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by reason of any existing or subsequent enacted legislation or by judicial authority, all other sections of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect for the duration of this Agreement. In the event of invalidation of any Section, the City and the Association agree to meet within thirty (30) days for the purpose of renegotiating said Section.
28.5 This Memorandum of Understanding shall be submitted to the City Council for its adoption at its regular meeting.

This re-assignment could include a temporary location required by overflow or space limitations.

CLOSING CLAUSE. This Agreement, which voids and supersedes any other previous Agreement between the Parties on the matter, represents the integral expression of the agreements reached and may be amended or added to solely by written deed.
CLOSING CLAUSE. 22.1 The effective date of this Memorandum of Understanding shall be July 1, 2022, and shall remain in effect until June 30, 2025.
22.2 Memorandum of Understanding shall be in force after its expiration for thirty (30) days, by mutual agreement, where negotiations between the City and Union have not resulted in a new Memorandum of Understanding.
22.3 If any provision of this Memorandum of Understanding should be found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by reason of any existing or subsequent enacted legislation or by judicial authority, all other provisions of this Memorandum of Undemanding shall remain in full force and effect for the duration of this Memorandum of Understanding. In the event of invalidation of any provision, the City and the Union agree to meet within thirty (30) calendar days for the sole purpose of arriving at a mutually satisfactory replacement or resolution for such provision.
CLOSING CLAUSE. The parties agree that this agreement shall represent the complete agreement between the Patrol and the Association. The parties acknowledge that during the meetings which resulted in this agreement, each had the unlimited right and opportunity to make requests and proposals with respect to any subject or matter not removed by law, and that the complete understandings and agreements arrived at by the parties after the exercise of that right and opportunity, are set forth in this agreement. Therefore, the Patrol and the Association, for the term of this agreement, agree that the other shall not be obligated to meet and confer with respect to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in this agreement.
