Code of Conduct for Suppliers. (1) The Supplier confirms that he is acquainted and agrees with the Code of conduct for Suppliers which is published on the web page and that all its possible changes also apply to these A1’s GTCP.
Code of Conduct for Suppliers. The Supplier undertakes to comply with the principles and requirements of the "Code of Conduct for Suppliers of the Xxxxxx Group" in its current revision, available at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/fileadmin/Media/Images/Arti cles/Wir/Einkauf/downloads/Code_of_conduct/Code_ of_Conduct_for_Suppliers_EN.pdf The Supplier shall comply with the laws of the applicable jurisdictions, in particular those of the country of manufacture and destination. The Supplier shall neither actively nor passively, directly or indirectly, participate in any form of bribery, violation of the human rights of his employees or child labor. Furthermore, the Supplier will assume responsibility for the health and safety of his employees in the workplace, observe environmental protection laws and promote and demand compliance with this Code of Conduct from his suppliers to the best of his ability. The Supplier shall document compliance with the aforementioned principles and requirements by means of suitable business documents and make them available to the Buyer upon request and shall also use the database platform provided by the Buyer for this purpose. The Supplier agrees to a review of the obligations arising from the "Code of Conduct for Suppliers of the Xxxxxx Group", also on site at the relevant locations, and will provide appropriate support to the Buyer for reviews at its own expense. If there is any suspicion that the Supplier is not complying with the above principles and requirements, the Supplier shall provide the Buyer with comprehensive information on the specific facts upon request. If the Supplier culpably violates the aforementioned principles and obligations, the Buyer shall be entitled, without prejudice to further claims, to withdraw from the contract or to terminate the contract without notice after the unsuccessful expiry of a reasonable period of time to remedy the violation of obligations.
Code of Conduct for Suppliers. The Principal Recipient shall ensure that the Global Fund's Code of Conduct for Suppliers, as amended from time to time, (the “Code of Conduct") shall be communicated to all bidders, suppliers, agents, intermediaries, consultants and contractors (the “Suppliers”). The Principal Recipient acknowledges and agrees that in the event of non-compliance with the Code of Conduct, to be determined by the Global Fund in its sole discretion, the Global Fund reserves the right not to fund the contract between the Principal Recipient and the Supplier or seek the refund of the Grant funds in the event if the payment has already been made to the Supplier.
Code of Conduct for Suppliers. 1. The Supplier is obliged to observe the laws and ordinances of the individually applicable jurisdiction(s). In particular, the Supplier will not be involved either actively or passively, directly or indirectly, in any form of bribery, infringement of the basic rights of their em- ployees or child labour. In addition, the Supplier will take responsibility for the health and safety of their employees at the workplace, observe the environmental protection laws and promote observance of this code of conduct by their suppliers in the best way possi- ble.
2. If the Supplier negligently infringes these obligations, the Customer is entitled, regardless of further claims, to withdraw from or ter- minate the contract. If elimination of the infringement of the obligation is possible, the Customer may only exercise this right when he has granted the Supplier a period of grace to eliminate the infringement of the obligation which has lapsed without success.
Code of Conduct for Suppliers. By signing this Framework Agreement, the Contractor confirms acceptance of the contents of the Code of Conduct for Suppliers on sustainability as attached hereto as Schedule 3.
Code of Conduct for Suppliers. The CR undertakes to comply with the CL’s Code of Con- duct for Suppliers. The current version of the code of con- duct is an attachment to these GTCP and can also be found on the CL’s homepage. The CR acknowledges and accepts that a violation of the rules of the code of conduct will be deemed a fundamental breach of contract and entitles the CL to terminate the contract with immediate effect.
Code of Conduct for Suppliers. In addition to the above conditions for disqualification, Code of Conduct for Suppliers defines all areas that PIN expects all of its suppliers at minimum to respect, and operate in ways that meet fundamental responsibilities in human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption. The Code of Conduct is defined by the Ten principles of the UN Global Compact1: ̶ Support and respect the protection of internationally proclaimed human rights; ̶ No involvement in human rights abuses; ̶ Freedom of association and recognition of right to collective bargaining; ̶ Employment is freely chosen, not forced or compulsory; ̶ No exploitation of children and child labour; ̶ No discrimination in respect of employment and occupation; ̶ Support a precautionary approach to environmental challenges; ̶ Accept greater environmental responsibility promotion; ̶ Encourage the development and spread of environmentally friendly technologies; ̶ Adhering to highest standards of ethical conduct behaviour, including: working against corruption and all its forms, conflict of interest disclosure, respect to local laws.

Code of Conduct for Suppliers. For each Program, the Grantee shall take all appropriate and necessary actions to ensure that the Code of Conduct for Suppliers, of which all the provisions are hereby incorporated herein by reference in their entirety as if they were fully set forth herein, is communicated to each and all Suppliers. The Grantee acknowledges and agrees, and shall cause the Principal Recipient to acknowledges and agree, that in the event of non-compliance by a Supplier with the Code of Conduct for Suppliers, to be determined by the Global Fund at its sole discretion, the Global Fund shall have the right to (a) restrict the use of relevant Grant Funds so as not to fund the contract between the Principal Recipient (or, as the case may be, the Sub-recipient) and the Supplier in question or (b) seek a refund from the Grantee in the event that the payment has already been made to the Supplier in question.
Code of Conduct for Suppliers. 17.1 The Seller declares to be familiar with the content of Accell’s Code of Conduct for Suppliers, which can be found on xxx.xxxxxx-xxxxx.xxx or asked for at Accell, and will execute this Contract in accordance with this Code.
17.2 In case the Seller is acting against this Code, Accell is entitled to cancel the Contract after having notified the Seller in writing about his actions against the Code and having given the Seller reasonable time to adjust his actions.
