Communications Allowance. The District shall provide the Superintendent with a communications allowance (to cover all expenses, if any, for mobile telephone, PDA and home internet access expenses) in the sum of ONE HUNDRED AND NO/100 Dollars ($100.00) per month. The Superintendent shall maintain a personal account for mobile telephone service, PDA, and home internet access ("Personal Accounts") and shall not open an account in the name of the District. The Superintendent shall have total responsibility for payment of the Personal Accounts and the District shall have no obligation or responsibility related to such Personal Accounts other than the monthly payment to the Superintendent of the communications allowance stated herein. The Superintendent understands that communications information related to Personal Accounts concerning District business may be subject to disclosure in accordance with law.
Communications Allowance. The Superintendent is authorized to use District equipment such as computer and telephone for a reasonable amount of person- al use. In addition, the district will pay the superintendent one hundred seventy five dollars ($175) per month as a communication and technology allowance.
Communications Allowance. City will provide Employee with a cellular phone and tablet computer for use in any City-related business. The phone and tablet computer shall each be the property of the City, and Employee shall have no reasonable expectation of privacy in either device.
Communications Allowance. The Town will pay to the Town Administrator during the term of his employment and in addition to the salary and other benefits provided in this Agreement, the sum of _ Dollars ($) per year, payable in twenty-six (26) biweekly installments, to be used by the Town Administrator to purchase, lease, own, operate and maintain a cell phone for business and personal use.
Communications Allowance. An Employee will receive a communications allowance as provided by Schedule 2. This allowance is intended to cover any communication that an Employee is required to make in relation to their work and the Company, and to ensure that Employees remain contactable during their rostered periods. This allowance covers but is not limited to telephone calls and internet access. The allowance will only be paid to Employees who provide the Company with and maintain a current mobile phone number and personal email address. This allowance will be paid automatically each fortnight. The Company at its discretion may provide the Employee with a mobile telephone at its expense, in lieu of the Communications Allowance.
Communications Allowance. All Communications section Employees will receive the amount as specified in Appendix Two to the Agreement to cover licensing and registration requirements.
Communications Allowance. (a) Where accommodations are being supplied as part of an employee position (e.g. Shelter Point Park Caretaker, Haywire Bay Park Caretaker and Texada Island Airport/Facilities Caretaker), and where infrastructure is accessible, the Employer will pay for the following:
Communications Allowance. Company shall provide Executive with a Communications Allowance in the amount of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) per month to be paid in accordance with normal payroll practices for allowances.
Communications Allowance. The mobile phone Communication Allowance will be paid to all full time and Guaranteed Wage Employees in the Marine Services Team who have not been provided with a Flinders Ports mobile phone. This is on the basis that the employee maintains a working mobile phone and service and is contactable.
Communications Allowance. All Communications section employees will receive $22.97 per week to cover licensing and registration requirements. This will be replaced by the Traction Industry Registration Allowance (18.4) on its implementation.
