Communications and Meetings. On or before the Commencement Date, the Company shall inform the County of the telephone (including business and cell phone) and fax numbers, email address and other means by which the Transfer Station and Drop-Box Sites Manager, Service Coordinator, Senior Supervisors and the Company’s Contract Representative may be contacted. The County shall furnish to the Company comparable communications information with respect to the County’s Contract Representative. The Company shall meet with the County each month to review the content of the operations reports required to be prepared. The Transfer Station and Drop-Box Sites Manager and, if requested by the County, the Service Coordinator each shall personally attend the monthly meetings with the County, and all special meetings which the County may reasonably request from time to time, to review management, operational, performance and planning matters arising with respect to the Contract Services.
Communications and Meetings. 7.1 The parties will notify each other promptly of any occurrence or incident in connection with safety of the rail or road crossings the subject of this agreement.

On or before the Contract Date, the Contractor shall inform the KRRC of the telephone, e-mail address and other means by which the Habitat Project Work Manager and Senior Supervisors may be contacted, and shall promptly notify the other Party of any changes in such contact information. The KRRC shall furnish to the Contractor comparable communications information with respect to the KRRC Representative, appropriate KRRC staff and the Program Manager. The Contractor shall meet with the KRRC each month (or less frequently if agreed to by the KRRC) to review the contents of the Monthly Maintenance Service Reports required to be prepared pursuant to subsection 8.3(A) (Monthly Maintenance Service Reports). The Habitat Project Work Manager and, if requested by the KRRC, the Senior Supervisors each shall personally attend the monthly operations meetings with the KRRC, and all special meetings which the KRRC may reasonably request from time to time, to review management, maintenance, performance and planning matters arising with respect to this Agreement. Any issue in dispute which the Parties are unable to resolve at such monthly and special meetings may be referred to the dispute resolution procedures set forth in Section 13.1 (Dispute Resolution Procedures), and the resolution of any issues resolved at such meetings or through Non-Binding Mediation shall be reflected in a Contract Administration Memorandum or a Contract Amendment, as applicable.

The County shall furnish to the Company comparable communications information with respect to the Contract Administrator. The Company shall meet with the County each month to review the contents of the operations reports required to be prepared pursuant to Section 3.14. The Facility Manager and, if requested by the County, the Senior Supervisors each shall personally attend the monthly operations meetings with the County, and all public County meetings which the County may reasonably request from time to time, to review operational, maintenance, performance and planning matters arising with respect to the Facilities and this Agreement.
Communications and Meetings. Team Staffordshire will meet as and when required to carry out the activities necessary to develop and deliver the purpose, but this will be not less than 3 times per year. The chair will ensure an agenda is produced and circulated at least one week before meetings and receive requests for agenda items. The Chair will usually ensure that notes showing key discussions points and agreed actions will be sent to all members no longer than three weeks after the meeting. Outside of these meetings we will communicate by email.

The County shall furnish to the Company comparable communications information with respect to the Contract Administrator. The Company shall meet with the County each month to review the content of the operators reports required to be prepared pursuant to Section 10.10. The Resident Landfill Superintendent and, if reasonably requested by the County, a Senior Supervisor each shall personally attend the monthly meetings with the County, and all special meetings which the County may reasonably request from time to time, to review management, operational, performance and planning matters arising with respect to the Managed Assets and this Agreement. Any issue in dispute which the parties are unable to resolve at such monthly and special meetings may be referred for Non-Binding Mediation pursuant to Section 16.15 and resolution of any issue resolved at such meetings or through Non-Binding Mediation shall be reflected in a Contract Administration Memorandum.

On or before the Acceptance Date, the DBOM Contractor shall inform the BWS of the telephone, fax and pager numbers, e-mail addresses and other means by which the O&M Plant Manager, the Operations Lead, the DBOM Contractor Representative and Senior Supervisors may be contacted. The BWS shall furnish to the DBOM Contractor comparable communications information with respect to the Project Manager. The DBOM Contractor shall meet with the BWS each month to review the contents of the monthly operations reports required to be prepared pursuant to subsection 4.8(B) (Monthly Operations Reports). The O&M Plant Manager, the Operations Lead and, if requested by the BWS, the DBOM Contractor Representative and Senior Supervisors each shall personally attend the monthly operations meetings with the BWS, and all special meetings which the BWS may reasonably request from time to time, to review management, operational, performance and planning matters arising with respect to the Project and this Service Agreement. Any issue in dispute which the parties are unable to resolve at such monthly and special meetings may be referred to the dispute resolution procedures set forth in Section 16.3 (Authority to Resolve Contract and Breach of Contract Controversies), and the resolution of any issues resolved at such meetings or through such dispute resolution procedures shall be reflected in a Contract Administration Memorandum or a Contract Amendment, as applicable.
Communications and Meetings. This Section 5.5 shall apply to communications and meetings with respect to Licensed Products for use in the Field in the Territory other than communications and meetings with DDMAC, which are addressed in Section 5.3.

The City shall furnish to the Company comparable communications information with respect to the City Representative. On a monthly basis, the Company shall meet with the City to review the Demand Forecasts and the performance of the GAC Services generally. The Service Manager shall personally attend these monthly operations meetings with the City. If requested by the City, the Senior Corporate Representatives shall attend one such monthly operations meeting per calendar quarter during the Term. In addition, the City shall have the right to require special meetings in its reasonable discretion to review performance and planning matters arising with respect to this Service Contract. The Service Manager and, if requested by Service Contract for the Supply, Placement, Removal and Thermal Reactivation of Granular Activated Carbon Article V – Performance of the GAC Services the City, the Senior Corporate Representatives or a duly designated representative shall each attend all such special meetings. Any issue in dispute which the parties are unable to resolve at such monthly operations meetings and special meetings may be referred to the dispute resolution procedures set forth in Section 8.1, and the resolution of any issues resolved at such meetings or through the dispute resolution procedures shall be reflected in a Contract Administration Memorandum or an Amendment, as applicable.
