Communications Costs. Long Distance telephone calls need to be identified and strictly related to work performed under this Agreement in order to be reimbursable by the City. A log is preferred showing the date, person’s name called, and explanation. Cell phone monthly charges are reimbursable if usage is strictly related to work performed under this Agreement. Legible itemized cell phone records are required. Personal Automobile Mileage: Expense report must clearly identify the departure/arrival time, To/From destinations and purpose of trip.

Communications Costs. All hardware, software and services associated with communications between the Data Center and Kayak Facility, including maintenance thereof, will be the responsibility of Kayak. In the event ITA contracts for such hardware, software and/or services, Kayak will reimburse ITA for the cost thereof, provided that prior to committing to any such expense ITA will notify Kayak thereof and will not contract for any such expense to which Kayak reasonably objects.
Communications Costs. All hardware, software and services associated with communications between the Data Center and Galileo Facility, including maintenance thereof, will be for the account of Galileo. In the event ITA contracts for such hardware, software and/or services, Galileo will reimburse ITA for the cost thereof; provided, that no such expenses will be incurred on Galileo’s account without prior notice to and consultation with Galileo.

  • Testing-the-Waters Communications If at any time following the distribution of any Written Testing-the-Waters Communication there occurred or occurs an event or development as a result of which such Written Testing-the-Waters Communication included or would include an untrue statement of a material fact or omitted or would omit to state a material fact necessary in order to make the statements therein, in the light of the circumstances existing at that subsequent time, not misleading, the Company shall promptly notify the Representative and shall promptly amend or supplement, at its own expense, such Written Testing-the-Waters Communication to eliminate or correct such untrue statement or omission.
