Company’s Instructions. 3.1 The Service Provider shall process Company Personal Data for the Admissible Purpose of the Processing Services only on behalf of the Company and in strict accordance with the Company's written instructions, including with regard to transfers of Personal Data to a Third Country or an international organisation, unless required to do so by Union or Member State law to which the Service Provider is subject. In such a case, the Service Provider shall inform the Company of that legal requirement before such Processing, unless that law prohibits such information on important grounds of public interest. For the avoidance of doubt, whenever this Agreement or the Contract include provisions relating to the Processing of Company Personal Data (e.g. an obligation to anonymise certain Company Personal Data) such Processing shall be considered an instruction of the Controller pursuant to this Annex.
Company’s Instructions. The instructions of Company shall be consistent with the provisions of this Agreement. Such instructions shall be confirmed in writing by Company Representative prior to implementation.
Company’s Instructions. Seller agrees to follow Company’s instructions for the provision of the Money Transfer Services. Company may change the instructions from time to time as long as they remain reasonable and provided Seller is given reasonable prior written notice thereof.
Company’s Instructions. Company may provide instructions from time-to-time in writing to Extreme with regard to Processing of Company Personal Data in addition to those specified herein. Extreme will use commercially reasonable efforts to comply with all such instructions without additional charge to the extent necessary for Extreme to comply with its obligations to Company as set forth in the Agreement. The parties will negotiate in good faith with respect to any other change in the Cloud Service and/or fees resulting from any additional instructions.
Company’s Instructions. Subject to APPLICABLE LAWS, CONTRACTOR’s PERSONNEL shall comply with COMPANY’s instructions concerning use of the HELICOPTER. The CONTRACTOR must ensure that there are sufficient PERSONNEL available to satisfy any requirements for SERVICES at any time, either day or night. The CONTRACTOR shall fully co-operate to ensure that sufficient CONTRACTOR’s PERSONNEL are available to meet any additional COMPANY’s requirements.
Company’s Instructions. Provider shall not Process Company Personal Data other than on Company’s documented instructions unless Processing is required by applicable Data Protection Laws to which Provider is subject, in which case Provider shall to the extent permitted by Data Protection Laws inform Company in writing of that legal requirement before Processing Company Personal Data. Company hereby instructs Provider to Process Company Personal Data only as necessary to provide the Services and to perform its other obligations and exercise its rights under the Agreement and any Order entered pursuant thereto. Provider shall only Process Company Personal Data in compliance with Data Protection Laws and the Agreement. If Provider believes in its reasonable opinion that an instruction of Company violates Data Protection Laws, Provider shall promptly notify Company in writing. In the event that Company instructs Provider to pseudonymize and/or de-identify Company Personal Data, Provider shall perform such activities in a manner that complies with Data Protection Laws and Company’s instructions.
