Compensation for Work on Holidays. An employee who is required to work on a holiday and who meets the eligibility requirements contained herein shall receive, in addition to his or her regular pay, compensatory time for each hour worked to a maximum of eight (8) hours. Work performed on a holiday, which is overtime as defined in Article I, Section 1, shall be compensated as provided in Article I, Section 3.
