Compensation Salary Schedule a. In consideration of her performance of the duties and responsibilities in conformance with the Board’s requirements and expectations, Superintendent shall be paid at an annual (twelve month) salary rate of not less than one hundred thirty-eight thousand two hundred dollars ($138,020) for the period of July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025; one hundred forty-two thousand six hundred dollars ($142,600) for the period of July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026; one hundred forty eight thousand three hundred dollars ($148,300) for the period of July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027; one hundred fifty-five thousand seven hundred fifteen dollars ($155,715) for the period July 1, 2027 to June 30, 2028. This compensation is reflected in the below salary schedule for the Superintendent position: Superintendent Salary Schedule Year Base Salary July 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025 $138,020.00 July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026 $142,600.00 July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027 $148,300.00 July 1, 2027 – June 30, 2028 $155,715.00
Compensation Salary Schedule. A. Certified employees shall be paid according to the salary schedule set forth in the Appendices, based on a 180 day work year unless changed by state law or Board action, which shall reflect both the salary and contributions to TRS and THIS. In the event of a change in the work year, either by Board action or state law, negotiations will be reopened to discuss salary compensation. In the event that an agreement is not reached, Article X, paragraph 11.1, “No Strike Clause” will be waived.
Compensation Salary Schedule. See Appendix A. The salary schedule will be based on 190 day contract with four (4) paid holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and Memorial Day.
