Compensations and increments. 1. Overtime pay Daily overtime Daily overtime refers to any work performed during the workday in addition to the regular daily working hours of 8 hours referred to in Section 8 of the collective agreement, or any work exceeding the regular working hours determined in the work roster referred to in Section 10, paragraphs 1 and 4. For the first two hours of daily overtime, a 50% increased and for any additional hours a 100% increase on the hourly wages is paid. Weekly overtime Weekly overtime refers to work that, without taking into account the daily overtime done during the same week, exceeds the regular weekly working hours of 40 hours, determined on the basis of the Section 8 of the collective agreement, or the regular weekly working hours determined on the basis of the Section 10, paragraphs 1 and 4. Compensation for weekly overtime shall be 50 per cent of the basic hourly salary for the first 8 working hours and 100 per cent for subsequent working hours. Once the weekly overtime compensation (50%) has been paid for the 8 hours, the compensation for any subsequent overtime hours during the same week is always 100 per cent of the basic hourly salary, whether it be a daily or weekly overtime. Overtime compensated as free time By agreement before starting the overtime, wages payable for overtime can be converted into corresponding paid free time during regular working hours or transferred into the working time bank. The provisions on overtime pay shall apply, where appropriate, in calculating the amount of free time corresponding to the overtime work performed. Any other free time than the one saved in the working time bank must be granted within six months of the overtime in question.

  • SALARIES AND INCREMENTS 3801 Nurses shall be paid in accordance with the salary schedule as outlined in Appendix "A", forming part of the Agreement. 3802 "Basic or Regular Salary or Pay" shall mean the rates of pay shown in Appendix "A" (Salaries) and Appendix "B" (Academic Allowances).

  • Longevity Increments 11.6.1 Each regular classified employee shall receive a two-range increase (5%) upon completion of five (5) years of satisfactory and continuous service. This increase will become effective at the beginning of the sixth year.

  • Salary Increments The Employer, may grant an increment for meritorious service after an employee has served for a period of twelve (12) months following the first day of the month established in Article 35.07 or twelve (12) months following the date of a change in his rate of compensation as established in Articles 35.04, 35.05, or 35.06.

  • Annual Increments (a) For regular full-time Employees, a one-step increase within the salary range shall become effective as of the first day of April or the first day of October as the case may be. Where the anniversary date of an initial appointment falls between January 1 and June 30, the date of the increment increase will be April 1, and where between July 1 and December 31, the date of the increment increase will be October 1.

  • Service Increments For unit members hired from January 1 through June 30 on an 11 or 12 month contract their first step increment will be the following January 1. For unit members hired from January 1 through June 30 on a 10 month contract their first step increment will be the following February 1. For unit members hired from July 1 through December 31 on an 11 or 12 month contract their first step increment will be on January 1 after completing one (1) full year of service. For unit members hired from July 1 through December 31 on a 10 month contract their first step increment will be on February 1 after completing one (1) full year of service. Subsequent step movements will occur on January 1 for 11 and 12 month contract unit members and will occur February 1 for 10 month contract unit members.

  • Pay Increments 44.5.1 Except as provided in sub-clauses 44.5.4 and 44.5.5 of clause 44.5 an employee holding an appointment at one of the classification levels listed in Schedule 1 of this Agreement shall be granted pay increments on completion of the applicable pay increment period until he reaches the maximum rate in the scale of rates for the classification level to which he is appointed.

  • Billing Increments Unless otherwise stated in a Service Order, usage-based charges will be billed on either a per-minute or per- message basis. Service calls invoiced on a per-minute basis will have an initial minimum call duration of one (1) minute, subsequent intervals of one (1) minute each, and will be billed by rounding to the next whole minute.

  • CONCESSION PAYMENT AND INCREASE A. For the Initial Term of the Agreement, Concessionaire shall pay Department a minimum Concession Payment of Eight Hundred ($800.00) Dollars in accordance with the Concession Payment Schedule set forth in Exhibit B as consideration for the Concession, license and privilege granted. For subsequent Renewal Terms, if any, Concessionaire shall pay Department in accordance with the Concession Payment Schedule set forth in Exhibit B.

  • Anniversary Increments Employees shall advance on the wage grid on their anniversary date in the classification.

  • MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. However, we have no obligation to update any information on our Services. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services. We cannot guarantee the Services will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the Services, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors. We reserve the right to change, revise, update, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise modify the Services at any time or for any reason without notice to you. You agree that we have no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by your inability to access or use the Services during any downtime or discontinuance of the Services. Nothing in these Legal Terms will be construed to obligate us to maintain and support the Services or to supply any corrections, updates, or releases in connection therewith.
