Complaints Coordinator. A prerequisite to attainment of this position is a call centre position or a similar level of skills and experience gained either within or outside of the RSPCA. A Complaints Coordinator must also possess the following: • A sound understanding of the Animal Care and Protection Act 2001 • High levels of organization and time management skills; • Advanced computer literacy skills, including word processing, database and spreadsheet applications, e-mail and internet navigation; • Excellent communication skills at all levels and a proven capacity to remain calm and in control under high pressure and emotive situations; • Advanced conflict resolution and mediation skills; • Experience working in an animal shelter/rescue environment or similar would be highly desirable; • Knowledge and demonstrated commitment to the principles and practices of ethical conduct and Workplace Health and Safety.

  • Scheduling Coordinator Buyer shall act as the Scheduling Coordinator for the Project. In that regard, Buyer and Seller shall agree to the following:
