Marketing Assistance. ShopperPlus actively supports the advertising and promotion of our distributed branded products by its authorized resellers – we do this by providing marketing assets and pricing guidelines. We greatly appreciate the efforts of all resellers to market our products and support end users.

Marketing Assistance. Certain marketing materials and such merchandising, marketing and advertising research data and advice as may be developed from time to time by SONIC and deemed to be helpful in the operation of a Sonic drive-in restaurant.
Marketing Assistance. The purpose of marketing assistance is to provide an estimate of the property value and to facilitate sale of the pilot’s primary residence. The pilot must own the home from which he is moving and for which this assistance is provided. This benefit must be used before initiation of the third party home purchase plan. Marketing assistance includes the following:

Supplier will provide Distributor with marketing assistance as requested by Distributor at no cost to Distributor, including but not limited to, provision of samples, “sizers” and up-to-date brochures for the Products in languages appropriate to the Territory. In connection with any widely distributed offering of AmeriGas Common Units held by the Unitholders that is reasonably expected to be in excess of 2.5% of the then outstanding AmeriGas Common Units, even if such AmeriGas Common Units are not sold pursuant to any Registration Statement, the Company shall provide reasonable marketing assistance to the Unitholders (including asking members of senior management of the Company to participate in “road-shows” and investor calls in connection with such distribution) and shall be entitled to consent to, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld, to the selection of the underwriter by the Unitholders.
