Consecutive Overtime. If a bargaining unit member works more than ten (10) consecutive hours, he/she will be offered a thirty (30) minute paid meal break between the tenth and twelfth hour of work. Bargaining unit members called in two (2) or more hours before their normal starting time shall be offered a fifteen (15) minute paid rest break during their first four (4) hours of work. Food will be made available in one or more locations on campus. If a bargaining unit member's position does not permit him/her to leave his/her work station, and if he/she cannot be relieved for the meal break provided in this section, he/she shall have the opportunity to have food delivered to his/her work station.

Consecutive Overtime. 7.02.01 All time worked by an employee in accordance with Article 7.01 which is in conjunction with their scheduled shift will be considered as overtime. All overtime will be recorded and computed in keeping with the following: OVERTIME (N = regular shift) HOURS COMPUTED WORKED AT N + overtime hours 1.5 X 7.02.02 Notwithstanding Article 7.02.01, when an employee works overtime which commences more than two (2) hours prior to the start of their scheduled shift, they shall be credited with a minimum of four (4) hours at time and one half (1.5X).

  • Consecutive Shifts (a) The Employer will endeavour, where possible, to provide that no Employee is scheduled to work more than seven (7) consecutive days in a two (2) week period. This does not preclude shift arrangements, acceptable to both the Employer and the Employee(s), in variance to the foregoing.

  • Consecutive Hours The regular hours of work each day shall be consecutive except that they may be interrupted by unpaid lunch periods. No split shifts will be implemented without the mutual agreement of the Local Union and the Appointing Authority.
