Construction Documents Services. 2.3.3.1 Based on the Design Development Documents approved by Webvan for each DC Project and the approved Project Budget for each such DC Project, Bechtel shall prepare the final drawings, plans and specifications setting forth in detail the requirements for Development of each such DC Project, collectively referred to herein as the "CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS". The Construction Documents shall include the detailed Performance Standards for the operation of the materials handling and distribution system and equipment included within such DC Project.
2.3.3.2 Bechtel shall revise the Construction Documents as required by Webvan to make them acceptable to Webvan and shall adjust the Project Budget for each such DC Project accordingly.
2.3.3.3 Bechtel shall complete the Construction Documents for each DC Project, including Bechxxx'x xxxrdination of all documents and corrections based on such coordination, prior to preparing and issuing bid documents for each such DC Project.
2.3.3.4 Bechtel shall submit all necessary Construction Documents approved by Webvan and applications for all necessary permits and approvals for the Development of each DC Project to the appropriate governmental authorities and shall process such Construction Documents, subject to the terms of this Contract, as required by such governmental authorities to secure the issuance of such permits and approvals for the use and occupancy of each DC Project.

Construction Documents Services. The Architect shall prepare construction documents consisting of drawings and specifications, including plans, elevations, details, and sections, sufficient in detail to bid and construct the project.
Construction Documents Services. In the Construction Documents Phase, the Architect shall provide those services necessary to prepare, from the approved Design Development Documents, for approval by the Owner, Construction Documents consisting of Drawings, Specifications and other documents setting forth in detail the requirements for construction of the Project and bidding and contracting for the construction of the Project.

Construction Documents Services. 3.2.1 The Architect shall provide services for site preparation as described in Paragraphs 1.2 and 1.3 above.
3.2.1 The Architect shall prepare a preliminary evaluation of the Owner’s stated needs, schedule and budget for the Cost of the Work, Project site, and the proposed procurement or delivery method and other Initial Information, each in terms of the other, to ascertain the requirements of the Project. The Architect shall notify the Owner of (1) any inconsistencies discovered in the information, and (2) other information or consulting services that may be reasonably needed for the Project.
3.2.3 In conjunction with the Owner, the Architect shall visit the site to establish shade structure location, observe existing grades, and observe site conditions.
3.2.4 The Architect shall present its preliminary evaluation to the Owner and shall discuss with the Owner alternative approaches to design and construction of the Project. The Architect shall reach an understanding with the Owner regarding the requirements of the Project.
3.2.5 The Architect shall prepare drawings describing site preparation required for the installation of shade structures, connections to existing power and fire alarm and detection systems required for the installation of shade structures, installation of fire alarm and detection systems within the shade structures, and raceway systems for connection to existing communications and data systems.
3.2.6 The Architect shall submit to the Owner a preliminary Statement of the Probable Cost of the Work prepared in accordance with Section 6.3.
Construction Documents Services. The Interior Designer shall prepare construction documents consisting of drawings and specifications, including plans, elevations, details, and sections, sufficient in detail to bid and install interior finishes to the project.
Construction Documents Services. In the Construction Documents Phase the Design Professional shall prepare from the approved Design Development Documents, the Construction Documents consisting of drawings, specifications and other documents setting forth in detail the requirements for the bidding and construction of the Project.
Construction Documents Services. 3.2.1 The Architect shall provide services for site preparation as described in Paragraphs 1.2 and 1.3 above.

1.01 Fire sprinkler design engineering services.
1.02 Deliverables include one (1) set of construction documents in electronic PDF format at DSA approval.
1.03 Disciplines Involved: 2 – AGENCY PROCESSING
2.01 Agency Plan Check Approval services including submittal of plans to the Division of the State Architect office via construction change directive (CCD-DSA 140 Form).

2.3.3.3 Bechtel shall complete the Construction Documents for each Project, including Xxxxxxx'x coordination of all documents and corrections based on such coordination, prior to preparing and issuing bid documents for each such Project.
2.3.3.4 Bechtel shall be responsible for obtaining all permits and approvals for the construction and occupancy of each Project (regardless of whether Bechtel or Equinix is the named permittee). Bechtel shall submit all necessary Construction Documents approved by Equinix and applications for all necessary permits and approvals for the construction and occupancy of each Project to the appropriate governmental authorities as required by such governmental authorities to secure the issuance of such permits and approvals.
