Should the projects be timed in a manner requiring the Jet Team to provide observation and testing personnel for more than 4 month, a supplemental agreement will be required. b. Specifications will be modified to limit concrete pours to a minimum daily length or cubic yard amount to avoid small batch testing.

  • Inspection/Testing In order to assess Supplier’s work quality and/or compliance with this Order, upon reasonable notice by Buyer: (a) all goods, materials and services related to the items purchased hereunder, including, raw materials, components, assemblies, work in process, tools and end products shall be subject to inspection and testing by Buyer, its customer, representative or regulatory authorities at all places, including sites where the goods are made or located or the services are performed, whether at Supplier’s premises or elsewhere; and (b) all of Supplier’s facilities, books and records relating to this Order shall be subject to inspection by Buyer or its designee. If specific Buyer and/or Buyer’s customer tests, inspection and/or witness points are included in this Order, the goods shall not be shipped without an inspector’s release or a written waiver of test/inspection/witness with respect to each such point; however, Buyer shall not be permitted to unreasonably delay shipment; and Supplier shall notify Buyer in writing at least twenty (20) days prior to each of Supplier’s scheduled final and, if applicable, intermediate test/inspection/witness points. Supplier agrees to cooperate with such/audit inspection including, completing and returning questionnaires and making available its knowledgeable representatives. Buyer’s failure to inspect or test goods, materials or services or Buyer’s failure to reject or detect defects by inspection or testing shall not relieve Supplier from its warranty obligations or any of its other obligations or responsibilities under this Order. Supplier agrees to provide small business as well as minority and/or women owned business utilization and demographic data upon request.

  • Hosting Services NCR Voyix shall furnish facilities, equipment, computer programs and services, as specified from time to time by NCR Voyix, that NCR Voyix deems necessary for operation and maintenance of the System (collectively, the “Hosting Services”).

  • Installation, Maintenance, Testing and Repair Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties, to the extent required by Applicable Law, Interconnection provided by a Party shall be equal in quality to that provided by such Party to itself, any subsidiary, affiliates or third party. If either Party is unable to fulfill its obligations under this Section 14.2, it shall notify the other Party of its inability to do so and will negotiate alternative intervals in good faith.   • Preconstruction Services During the Design & Preconstruction Phase, the Design-Builder shall provide such design and preconstruction services as are necessary to properly advance the Project. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, during the Preconstruction Phase, the Design-Builder shall: (i) work with its Architect and any design consultants to advance the design for the Project in consultation with Client Agency, the Department and its Program Manager; (ii) obtain bids from trade subcontractors to perform the work described in the Design Development Documents and provide bid tabulations to the Department; (iii) engage in any value engineering and scoping exercises necessary to return the cost of the work to the Project Budget; (iv) engage in preconstruction activities, including identifying any long-lead items; (v) develop a GMP proposal for the Project; and (vi) enter into a GMP for the Project. Throughout the Design & Preconstruction Phase, the Design-Builder shall schedule and attend regular meetings with the Department, the Program Manager and the Architect. A list of preconstruction deliverables is set forth in Exhibit C.

  • Acceptance Testing At the time of installation of a LIS trunk group, and at no additional charge, acceptance tests will be performed to ensure that the service is operational and meets the applicable technical parameters.
