Consulting Teacher Under the direction of the Principal, the consulting teacher is responsible for the student support program. This means supplementing the instructional and behavioral management program for identified special needs students.
Consulting Teachers A. A Consulting Teacher is a permanent status unit member who provides assistance to a Participating Teacher and assists Probationary Teachers as a Support Provider as the caseload formula allows. Consulting Teachers shall possess the following qualifications:

Negotiating Teams The Board, or designated representatives appointed to serve on its team, will meet with representatives designated by the Association for the purpose of establishing procedures for negotiating and reaching mutually satisfactory agreements. Board Member Training Within 90 days after the Effective Date, each member of the Board of Directors shall receive at least two hours of training. This training shall address the corporate governance responsibilities of board members, and the responsibilities of board members with respect to review and oversight of the Compliance Program. Specifically, the training shall address the unique responsibilities of health care Board members, including the risks, oversight areas, and strategic approaches to conducting oversight of a health care entity. This training may be conducted by an outside compliance expert hired by the Board and should include a discussion of the OIG’s guidance on Board member responsibilities. New members of the Board of Directors shall receive the Board Member Training described above within 30 days after becoming a member or within 90 days after the Effective Date, whichever is later.
Consulting Units “Consulting Units” are credits that may be redeemed by you for Red Hat Consulting Services under the terms, conditions and policy set forth at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/consulting/consultingunits/cu_terms.html. You may redeem Consulting Units in accordance with the applicable equivalent Unit Value in the Consulting Unit Redemption Table set forth at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/licenses/redemptiontable and the following procedure: • Contact a Red Hat sales representative or consulting representative to request Consulting Unit redemption. • Red Hat will submit an order form to you that will describe the scope of work to be performed and number of Consulting Units required. • You will return the signed order form to Red Hat. • Upon Red Hat's review and approval, Red Hat will return a copy of the signed order form to you.
EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT a) All employees shall be initially engaged upon a three month probationary period. Either party may terminate this probationary period with one week’s notice.
