CONSULTING TEAM Sample Clauses

CONSULTING TEAM. 8.1 This Clause shall apply where the Consultant has nominated the Consulting Team in the Consultant’s Proposal. 8.2 The Consultant undertakes that throughout the Consultancy Period, all the Consultancy Services hereunder shall be provided by the Consultant and the member of the Consulting Team who have been approved by Hong Kong Government for the purposes of providing the Consultancy Services hereunder. The Consultant shall have regular liaison with the Government Representative and member of the Consulting Team must be easily contactable. 8.3 The Consultant may, subject to prior approval from Hong Kong Government, engage and deploy other individuals (not being member of the Consulting Team) to assist in the performance of the Consultancy Services. 8.4 In the event of the death, incapacity or termination of employment or services with the Consultant of any approved member of the Consulting Team before the completion of the Consultancy Services to the satisfaction of the Hong Kong Government, the Consultant shall at its own expenses and as soon as practicable arrange to substitute or replace the person(s) concerned. The Consultant shall obtain Hong Kong Government’s prior approval for the substitute or replacement. 8.5 Without prejudice to any rights or remedies that Hong Kong Government may have, in the event that the Government Representative is not satisfied with the performance of any member of the Consulting Team, the Government Representative may by written notice require the Consultant to arrange to substitute or replace, and the Consultant shall substitute or replace, the member concerned at its own expenses (direct, indirect and consequential, if any) with effect from the date specified in the notice. 8.6 The Consultant shall ensure that the substitute or replacement is no less qualified than the outgoing member and is available at the relevant time to act as such replacement or substitute. The Consultant shall without delay forward curriculum vitae of the proposed substitute or replacement to the Government Representative and shall warrant that it is complete and accurate in all material respects. The deployment of such substitute or replacement shall be subject to Hong Kong Government’s written approval. In the event that Hong Kong Government reasonably objects to or is not reasonably satisfied with the proposed substitute or replacement, the Consultant shall forthwith forward a curriculum vitae of another substitute or replacement, who shall b...
CONSULTING TEAM. In terms of their various agreements, all service providers are required to liaise very closely with one another during all stages of the project and to keep each other fully informed of all relevant developments.
CONSULTING TEAMCONSULTANT shall assign and provide a full and dedicated consulting team to perform the services for SERS as contemplated under this Agreement. The consulting team shall consist of any seasoned personnel reasonably necessary to and capable of compiling due diligence, producing the documentation required herein and producing timely responses to ad hoc needs.
CONSULTING TEAM. 4.1 The Consulting Team must have previous experience in the design and construction implementation of at least three (3) successfully operating waterfront walkway systems and provide listing and references for these projects in their written proposal. 4.2 The Team will consist of: a) the Project Lead - a Landscape Architect licensed to practice in British Columbia and a member in good standing of the British Columbia Society of Landscape Architects; b) the Team can have a practicing environmental engineer or shoreline management consultant familiar with both the Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO) and Fraser River Estuary Management’s (FREMP) Environmental Review Committee(ERC), and the submissions and approval process for each regulatory agency; c) a Consulting Structural Engineer licensed to practice in British Columbia and a member in good standing of the Consulting Engineers of British Columbia to design and/or detail the structural aspects of any bridges, boardwalks and/or lookouts designed and constructed; d) a qualified Electrical Engineer licensed to practice in British Columbia and a member in good standing of the Consulting Engineers of British Columbia to design and/or detail all site lighting and/or specific power requirements for the project.
CONSULTING TEAMThe professional consulting team for the Project shall not change unless (a) a change is requested by the Consultant and approved in writing by the Project Coordinator; or (b) a change is requested in writing by the Project Coordinator for good cause, in which case the Consultant shall make an appropriate substitution, subject to UNM’s approval, and notify UNM in writing. Major changes in the Consultant’s organization or personnel (other than the consulting team) shall be reported to UNM in writing as they occur.
