Continuing Education Fund. The Employee shall be entitled to participate in the Company's continuing education fund (Keren Hishtalmut). The Company shall contribute an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Employee's Global Salary and shall deduct two and a half percent (2.5%) of the Employee's Global Salary and transfer it as the Employee's contribution. The Employee consents to the deduction of this amount as his contribution to the continuing education fund. These contributions will be calculated up to the permissible tax-exempt salary ceiling according to the income tax regulations in effect from time to time. If the amount of the Company's contribution is greater than permitted by those regulations, the Employee shall not have the right to receive the excess amount.
Continuing Education Fund. The Company shall contribute a sum equal to 7.5% of the Executive's gross salary toward a continuing education fund (the "CONTINUING EDUCATION FUND"), provided that the Executive contributes an additional 2.5% of the Executive's gross salary to such Continuing Education Fund. Use of the funds in the Continuing Education Fund shall be in accordance with its by-laws.
Continuing Education Fund. The Hospital will provide a pool of money in the 25 amount of $23,000 effective July 1, 2009 to be used to pay expenses for 26 registration fees or portions thereof related to educational leave to attend 27 courses directly related to nursing. Educational dollars that are not used in each 28 contract year will not be carried over.
Continuing Education Fund. Commencing as of the “Commencement Date” of the “Education Fund” set forth in Exhibit A, the Company shall contribute toward a continuing education fund (the “Education Fund”) a sum equal to 7.5% of the Salary, provided that the Employee contributes to such Continuing Education Fund an additional sum equal to 2.5% of the Salary. Use of the funds in the Education Fund shall be in accordance with its by-laws.

Starting on the date of commencement of work, subject to the instructions which shall be determined from time to time as directed by the income tax commission, the employee and the employer will transfer 2.5% and 7.5% respectively from the basic wage of the employee together with overtime hours into a continuing education fund.
Continuing Education Fund. The Hospital will provide a pool of money in the 8 amount of forty thousand dollars ($40,000) effective January 1, 2023, to be 9 used to pay expenses for registration fees or portions thereof related to 10 educational leave to attend courses directly related to nursing. Educational 11 dollars that are not used in each contract year will not be carried over. No 12 travel expenses will be paid for virtual conferences. 14 12D. Continuing Education Days/Online learning hours. Each nurse is entitled to 15 take up to forty (40) hours for continuing education per year as arranged with 16 the department scheduler, paid at their regular rate of pay. Voluntary 17 education requests must be submitted and approved. Registration payment 18 through PNCC requires course application to be received and approved at 19 least six (6) weeks prior to course date. These forty (40) hours are in addition 20 to the days the nurse spends acquiring required certifications, which days will 21 also be paid at their regular rate of pay. One (1) hour of paid education leave 22 will be granted for each CEU hour successfully completed and documented 23 for online education. In person education shall be paid eight (8) hours per 24 course day at the nurse’s base rate of pay. Such time may not be paid in 25 combination with regular work time so as to require any daily overtime 26 payment.
Continuing Education Fund. The Company shall contribute to Employee's current Continuing Education Fund. The amount of such contribution shall equal 7.5% of Employee's Base Salary per month and shall be subject to Employee's contribution of an additional 2.5% of his Base Salary per month.
Continuing Education Fund. 10.1. The Company will pay on a monthly basis into a continuing education fund selected by the CEO (“continuing education fund”) a total in NIS equal to 7.5% of the monthly wage.
10.2. Additionally, the Company shall deduct from the monthly wage of the CEO, 2.5% and transfer this to the continuing education fund as the share of the CEO in the continuing education fund.
10.3. The amount to which the CEO is entitled under Clause 10.1 above, will be deposited by the Company into the continuing education fund.

These contributions will be calculated on the full amount of the Monthly Salary paid to the Employee and in the event that such amount exceeds the amounts permissible tax-exempt salary ceiling according to the income tax regulations in effect from time to time, then any amounts in excess of the permissible tax-exempt salary ceiling, will be paid to the Employee in addition to his Monthly Salary and will not be paid into the continuing education fund.
