Contract Time / Construction Schedule. It is hereby understood and agreed that the Contract Time for this Project shall be [days in words] ([days in numbers]) calendar days, commencing with the date upon which the Facilities Lease and the Site Lease are fully executed and delivered to both Parties and ending with completion of the Work which will occur no later than [Date] (“Contract Time”). The Construction Schedule must be approved by the District.
Contract Time / Construction Schedule. 12.2.2.1. The Construction shall be performed pursuant to the construction schedule(s), attached hereto as Exhibit F (“Construction Schedule(s)”). The time period between the Notice to Proceed and Completion shall be the total Contract time (“Contract Time”).
12.2.2.2. The Construction Schedule must be approved by the District prior to execution of this Master Facilities Lease. District and Contractor may, if agreed to in writing, approve changes in the Construction Schedule.

Contract Time / Construction Schedule. D R A F T The Parties intend for this Project to proceed in two phases: Phase One – Abatement and Demolition; and Phase Two – New Construction. It is hereby understood and agreed that the Contract Time for this Project shall be ( ) calendar days, commencing with the date upon which the District issues the Notice to Proceed with Construction for the first phase and ending with the date of Developer’s completion of the Work for the last phase of the Project (“Contract Time”). Contract Time for a phase will only run/accrue from the date District issues the Notice to Proceed with Construction for that phase through the date of Developer’s completion of the Work for that phase. The Construction Schedule must be approved by the District.
11.1.2.1 The Construction Schedule shall include, at least, the following milestone dates for completion the Work: Phase One – Abatement and Demolition January 2020 est. Phase Two – Construction/Re-model of Building June 2020 est.

4. Section 11.1.2 (Contract Time / Construction Schedule) is hereby amended as follows: It is hereby understood and agreed that the Contract Time for this Project shall be Five Hundred Forty (540) calendar days, commencing on June 5, 2019, and ending with completion of the Work which will occur no later than November 20, 2020 (“Contract Time”). The Construction Schedule must be approved by the District.
5. Site Lease and Facilities Lease Section 2.2 Exhibit B has been replaced with document labeled Exhibit “B R-1” attached hereto.
6. Facilities Lease Section 2.8 Exhibit E Memorandum of Commencement Date will be provided once construction is complete.
7. Facilities Lease Section 2.8 Exhibit G Schedule of Values will be provided once the sub- contractors are under contract.
Contract Time / Construction Schedule. It is hereby understood and agreed that the Contract Time for this Project shall continue until August 2023, commencing with the date upon which the Facilities Lease and the Site Lease are fully executed and delivered to both Parties.
2. Exhibit C (Guaranteed Maximum Price and Other Project Cost, Funding, and Payment Provisions) to the Facilities Lease is amended and supplemented such that the existing Exhibit C is struck and replaced with the amended Exhibit C, which is attached hereto as EXHIBIT “1” and incorporated herein by this reference. All references to Exhibit C in the Facilities Lease shall mean and refer to Exhibit “1” hereto.
