Contractor’s Performance Obligations. Contractor shall perform the Services described in Schedule A, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference (“Services”). All Services shall be performed in a timely, diligent, and professional manner, consistent with the highest standards of performance for the type of work involved.

Contractor’s Performance Obligations. A. The Contractor will provide and maintain help files and other appropriate user documentation for the Products to be accessible to all Authorized Users free of charge.
