The Student undertakes to. 5.2.1. take good care of the Premises, use the Premises in accordance with the Halls of Residence Rules and grant the Landlord’s agents unhindered access to said Premises for utility and equipment repair purposes, including access for the purpose of showing the Premises to a prospective occupier where the Student’s occupancy is drawing to a close;
5.2.2. abstain from damaging any property of the Landlord or the University of Tartu;
5.2.3. duly comply with any orders, administrative decrees or mandatory directions issued by the Landlord’s agents and with any valid Residence, Fire Safety and other internal Rules;
5.2.4. keep the Premises in good sanitary condition;
5.2.5. immediately inform the Landlord’s agents of any utility emergencies, fires, etc. discovered on the Premises, at the same time taking measures with a view to the immediate liquidation of said emergencies and any consequences thereof and for ensuring the safety of the residents;
5.2.6. accept liability for loss or disrepair of any property surrendered into the possession of the Student by the Landlord and compensate any damage caused or repair expenses incurred;
5.2.7. in the event of damage to or loss of the Landlord’s property, or of unauthorized passing of the property into the possession of third parties, pay the Landlord compensation as follows: for a proximity card – 7.50 EUR, for a security key – 32 EUR, for an ordinary key – the cost of replacing the key;
5.2.8. on the day of discharge of the Agreement, surrender the Premises to the Landlord at least in the same condition that they had at the time the Student assumed his or her occupancy, normal wear and tear excepted;
5.2.9. pay rent and other charges in accordance with the invoice/bills presented by the Landlord by the 24th day of each month to the account of the Student Village as indicated on the rent invoice or utility/other services xxxx;
5.2.10. when making the payments, including when paying the deposit provided in clause 4.4. of the General Terms and Conditions, assume the bank transfer costs related to those payments;
5.2.11. notify the Landlord: of holding a valid visa or residence permit – at the time of conclusion of the Agreement; of the expiration of the validity period of his or her residence permit or of a change of his or her name, home address, telephone number or e-mail address and of the issue of a new visa or residence permit – forthwith; of the interruption or completion of studies – within 10 days after interru...

Abide by the rules and regulations of the host organisation, its normal working hours, code of conduct and rules of confidentiality. Communicate with the sending institution about any problem or changes regarding the placement. Submit a report in the specified format and any required supporting documents at the end of the placement. * In the event that the higher education institution is integrated in a consortium, its commitments may be shared with the co-ordinating organisation of the consortium
The Student undertakes to. 1. comply with the obligations under Law on Higher Education and Science, the Statute of WSEI, the Rules of Study at WSEI as well as other internal legal acts of the University.
2. notify the University in writing of any change to his/her personal data laid down in this Agreement, including his/her address of residence. The consequences of failure to comply with that obligation shall be borne by the student.
3. pay the tuition fees for the entire duration of studies in a timely manner.
4. Apart from the tuition fees, the Student shall pay the following fees in due time:
1) recruitment and enrolment fee — EUR 150,00 (one-time, non-reimbursable payment);
2) for the classes not included in the study plan, in accordance with the Rules for Charging Fees; 3)The fees for the conduct and recognition of learning outcomes outside formal education shall be as follows: • from EUR 40,00 to EUR 100,00 for 1 ECTS credit at long-cycle master’s studies, • from EUR 40,00 to EUR 100,00 for 1 ECTS credit at second-cycle studies, • EUR 45,00 for 1 ECTS credit at first-cycle engineering studies, • EUR 40,00 for 1 ECTS credit at other fields of study of first-cycle studies.

4) The fees for the repetition of classes due to unsatisfactory learning outcomes, at full-time and part- time of the first and second-cycle studies, for each ECTS credit assigned to a particular form of classes shall be as follows: • EUR 50,00 for 1 ECTS credit at long-cycle master’s studies, and second-cycle studies in the field of Psychology, • EUR 40,00 for 1 ECTS credit at first-cycle engineering studies, • EUR 35,00 for 1 ECTS credit at other first and second-cycle studies.
5) the fee for the student readmission – EUR 250,00,
6) The fee for the degree thesis consultations after resuming studies in the case of removal from the student registry due to failure to submit the degree thesis or failure to take the degree examination by the established deadline – EUR 75,00,
7) for issuing the Student Grade Book — PLN 4.00;
8) for issuing a copy of the diploma in a foreign language — PLN 20.00;
9) for issuing a copy of the diploma supplement in a foreign language — PLN 20.00;
10) for issuing a duplicate diploma — PLN 20.00;
11) for issuing a duplicate diploma supplement — PLN 20.00;

13) for issuing related to the course of studies or completion of studies intended for legal transactions abroad — PLN 26.00;

Το εκάστοτε συμβαλλόμενο μέρος θα απαλλάσσει το άλλο συμβαλλόμενο μέρος της αστικής ευθύνης για ζημίες που υπέστη το ίδιο το συμβαλλόμενο μέρος ή το προσωπικό του από την εκτέλεση της παρούσας σύμβασης, υπό την προϋπόθεση ότι οι εν λόγω ζημίες δεν οφείλονται σε σοβαρή ή ηθελημένη παράβαση του άλλου συμβαλλόμενου μέρους ή του προσωπικού του. Το Υπουργείο Παιδείας και Θρησκευμάτων, Πολιτισμού και Αθλητισμού, η Εθνική Μονάδα της Ελλάδας (Ι.Κ.Υ.), η Ευρωπαϊκή Επιτροπή ή το προσωπικό τους δεν θα καθίστανται υπεύθυνοι, εάν στο πλαίσιο της σύμβασης εγερθούν αιτήματα σχετικά με ζημίες που προκλήθηκαν κατά τη διάρκεια της πραγματοποίησης της τοποθέτησης φοιτητών σε επιχειρήσεις για πρακτική άσκηση. Κατά συνέπεια, η Εθνική Μονάδα της Ελλάδας ή η Ευρωπαϊκή Επιτροπή δεν θα επεξεργάζονται τυχόν αιτήματα για αποζημίωση με επιστροφή ποσού που τούτα περιλαμβάνουν. Σε περίπτωση που ο δικαιούχος δεν εκτελέσει ουδεμία εκ των υποχρεώσεών του που απορρέουν από τη σύμβαση, ανεξάρτητα από τις συνέπειες που προβλέπει η σχετική νομοθεσία εν ισχύ, το Ίδρυμα έχει το νομικό δικαίωμα να λήξει ή να ακυρώσει τη σύμβαση χωρίς περαιτέρω νομικές διατυπώσεις εάν, εντός διαστήματος ενός μηνός από την ειδοποίηση του δικαιούχου με συστημένη επιστολή, ο δικαιούχος δεν προβεί σε καμία ενέργεια. Σε περίπτωση λήξης της σύμβασης από πλευράς του δικαιούχου πριν την προβλεπόμενη συμβατική ημερομηνία λήξης ή μη συμμόρφωσης του δικαιούχου προς τους όρους της σύμβασης, ο δικαιούχος υποχρεούται στην επιστροφή του ποσού της υποτροφίας που του έχει ήδη καταβληθεί. Σε περίπτωση λήξης της σύμβασης από πλευράς του δικαιούχου λόγω «ανωτέρας βίας», δηλ. λόγω απρόβλεπτης έκτακτης κατάστασης ή συμβάντος πέραν του ελέγχου του δικαιούχου, το οποίο δεν μπορεί να αποδοθεί σε λάθος ή αμέλεια του δικαιούχου, ο δικαιούχος έχει το δικαίωμα να λάβει το ποσό της υποτροφίας που αντιστοιχεί στον πραγματικό χρόνο της πρακτικής άσκησης. The Student undertakes to a) Register at UP as a student for the full duration of the 2012 academic year for the study programme as indicated above;
The Student undertakes to. 8.1. get accommodated on the arrival day; to sign the acceptance-transfer act of premises not later than 5 working days from the arrival;
8.2. use the premises in accordance with the living rules for the use of students’ dormitory and other rules of the use public (common) areas, as well as strictly follow the public order, fire safety instructions, requirement of sanitation-hygiene norms;
8.3. not to use electrical heating or other appliances with a total voltage of more than 2 kW simultaneously per room;
8.4. after the expiry or early termination of THE AGREEMENT, in accordance with the acceptance-transfer act of premises, transfer the premises with all the rearrangements and improvements clean and tidy, that cannot be separated without damage for the premises. THE ACADEMY will not compensate expenditure of rearrangements and improvements, unless the parties agree otherwise;
8.5. pay fees, fines, penalties for delays and other fees, indicated in this AGREEMENT in time;
8.6. comply with the legitimate requirements of safety, fire prevention, energetic, environmental and other control services as well as Lithuanian Maritime Academy’s administration;
8.7. after the expiry or early termination of THE AGREEMENT and submission of full payments for the service for THE ACADEMY, move out from the premises within 3 working days from the expiry date or early termination of this agreement;
8.8. compensate real material damage caused by students or at their quests fault for the dormitory’s premises to THE ACADEMY.
8.9. inform the Head of the dormitory about the departure from the dormitory not later than 2 weeks from the date of the departure and sign the acceptance-transfer act of premises one working day before the departure.
