Coordinated Planning. A. The Coordination of Planning and Sharing of Information The PARTIES recognize that sound planning for both educational facilities and student growth emanating from existing, redevelopment and new development of residential property requires adequate and accurate data and information and that effective coordination of these two planning functions requires that all of the PARTIES have access to and utilize the same data and information. Accordingly, the COUNTY, the MUNICIPALITIES, and the SCHOOL DISTRICT agree to share and coordinate information relating to existing and planned public school facilities, proposals for development and re-development, infrastructure required to support public school facilities, and population projections, including student population projections, which are utilized and relied on by the PARTIES for planning purposes.

Coordinated Planning. DRS Individuals with I/DD who receive DRS VR services and supports shall have their desired employment outcome(s), and related supports, clearly identified in their Individualized Plan for Employment (IPE). • The IPE is developed through collaboration between the person receiving DRS VR services, their support network, and the DRS Counselor. • The IPE and progress towards the intended employment outcome is monitored frequently by all partners involved in DRS VR services. DDD Individuals with I/DD who are recipients of the Adults with Developmental Disabilities HCBS Medicaid Waiver shall have their employment needs, desires and or outcomes clearly identified in the Career and Income section of their Personal Plan (PP). • The Personal Plan is developed by the Independent Service Coordination (ISC) entity, in collaboration with the person receiving services and support and their support network, after the Discovery process. • The ISC monitors alignment between the services and supports identified in the Personal Plan and the satisfaction of the individual receiving HCBS Waiver services and supports. Individuals with I/DD who are residents of a State Operated Developmental Center shall have their employment needs, desires and or outcomes clearly identified in the Individual Support Plan.
Coordinated Planning. The City and the County recognize that sub-area planning related to Six Year Annexation Plans and interjurisdictional coordination as outlined in the Snohomish County Tomorrow Annexation Principles facilitate the transition of services from the County to the City in the event of an annexation. Addenda or amendments to existing interlocal agreements or government service agreements, or subsequent agreements on specific topical subjects relating to annexation and service transition, as described in Subsection 2.4 of this Agreement, will reflect joint planning between the City and the County relative to the City’s adopted Six Year Annexation Plan and the Snohomish County Tomorrow Annexation Principles.
Coordinated Planning. A subcommittee established by the Operating Committee shall meet or otherwise confer, at least once each calendar year, to exchange and review all relevant transmission planning data. The Operating Committee, or their designated representatives, will conduct such load flow and other system studies as are necessary to identify any potential constraints on the transmission system that may limit Customer’s ability to deliver power and energy from Network Resources to its load centers on an aggregate and individual basis (Base Case Supply Study). The cost of the Base Case Supply Study will be considered a cost of service recovered in the charges paid by Customer pursuant to its load ratio share of OVEC costs. Separate reimbursement shall be made for the cost of additional studies Customer requests that go beyond the level of investigation identified by the Operating Committee as sufficient for purposes of Network Resources and Network Load integration. In the event that studies reveal a potential limitation of Customer’s ability to deliver power and energy to any of its load centers, the Parties shall identify appropriate remedies for such constraints including, but not limited to: a) construction of new transmission facilities, b) upgrade or other improvements to existing transmission facilities, and c) temporary modification to operating procedures designed to relieve identified constraints. OVEC will, consistent with Good Utility Practice, endeavor to construct and place into service sufficient transmission capacity to maintain priority of service to Customer. An appropriate sharing of the costs of relieving such constraints will be determined by the parties, consistent with the FERC rules, regulations, policies and precedents then in effect. If there are no such rules, regulations, policies or precedents, and/or the Parties are unable to agree upon an appropriate sharing of the costs, OVEC shall submit its proposal for the sharing of such costs to the FERC for approval.

  • Procurement Planning Prior to the issuance of any invitations to bid for contracts, the proposed procurement plan for the Project shall be furnished to the Association for its review and approval, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines.   • Selection Planning Prior to the issuance to consultants of any requests for proposals, the proposed plan for the selection of consultants under the Project shall be furnished to the Association for its review and approval, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines. Selection of all consultants’ services shall be undertaken in accordance with such selection plan as shall have been approved by the Association, and with the provisions of said paragraph 1.

  • Requirement for Project Planning No physical work will begin on the construction site until the receipt of a Proceed Order issued by the Owner. The Contract assumes that a Proceed Order will be issued in not more than sixty days from the Effective Date of the Contract. Failure of the Contractor to provide the necessary documentation for the issuance of a Proceed Order shall not entitle the Contractor to any extension of time. If a Proceed Order is not issued within sixty days from the award of the Contract and non-issuance is due to nonperformance by the Contractor, the Contractor may be in default.

  • Multi-Year Planning The CAPS will be in a form acceptable to the LHIN and may be required to incorporate (1) prudent multi-year financial forecasts; (2) plans for the achievement of performance targets; and (3) realistic risk management strategies. It will be aligned with the LHIN’s then current Integrated Health Service Plan and will reflect local LHIN priorities and initiatives. If the LHIN has provided multi-year planning targets for the HSP, the CAPS will reflect the planning targets.

  • Exit Planning 6. The Grant Recipient will, in conjunction with the Authority, maintain, and as necessary update, the Exit Plan throughout the Funding Period so that it can be implemented immediately, if required. From time-to-time either the Authority or the Grant Recipient may instigate a review of the Exit Plan.

  • Coordination The Parties shall confer regularly to coordinate the planning, scheduling and performance of preventive and corrective maintenance on the Large Generating Facility and the Interconnection Facilities.

Management Improvements: Development and implementation of improved systems and business practices to optimize productivity and service delivery operations (e.g., analysis, and implementation of improvements in the flow of IT work and program processes and tool utilization, including business system analysis, identification of requirements for streamlining, re-engineering, or re-structuring internal systems/business processes for improvement, determination of IT solution alternatives, benchmarking).

  • Planning The Operating Committee shall implement the transmission system expansion process described in Article 18. The Operating Committee shall review and approve ISO staff assessments of proposed projects that impact transmission capability to confirm that those projects meet all applicable reliability criteria. The Operating Committee shall review and approve the NYS Transmission Plan prepared by the ISO staff and reliability assessments performed using such NYS Transmission Plan, to ensure conformance with the Reliability Rules. The Operating Committee shall review and approve illustrative NYS Transmission System expansion options developed by ISO staff in response to PSC requests. The Operating Committee, at the request of a Committee member, may review the adequacy of cost recovery mechanisms for transmission expansion.

  • Protection Planning Annually, sub-geographic area Unit Administrators will determine efficiencies to be gained from reciprocal assistance and acquisition of protection services. Operating plans will document decisions. Plans should be reviewed, and agreement reached concerning such items as placement of crews, engines, air tankers, helicopters, fixed and aerial detection, regulated use, closures and other joint fire suppression efforts.
