Cost of Living Payment. 4.4.2(a) To support employees experiencing cost of living pressures the organisation will pay a once 4.4.2(b) The once off payment will be processed as soon as possible following approval of the Agreement by the Fair Work Commission. 4.4.2(c) Full-time or Part-time FTE status for the calculation will be based on the staff member’s 4.4.2(d) Casual employees must be employed and have worked at least 1 shift in the 30 days prior to the time of payment being processed to be eligible for this payment.
Cost of Living Payment. (a) To support employees experiencing cost of living pressures Council will pay a once off Cost of Living payment as follows: Full time employees: $500 Part time employees: Pro rata based on $500, with a minimum of $300 Eligible Casual and Sessional employees: $300 (b) Casual/Sessional employees must have worked within the 12 months prior to the payment being processed by payroll to be eligible for this payment. (c) The once off payment will be processed as soon as possible following approval of the Agreement by the Fair Work Commission.
Cost of Living Payment. 4.10.1 BCE will make Cost of Living Payments (COLP) to Principals in accordance with this clause. Definitions 4.10.2 The following definitions apply for the purposes of this clause: a) applicable eligibility date for each of the applicable earnings year is the last school day of term 2. b) applicable earnings year means the following twelve month period: July 2024 to 30 June 2025. c) base rate of pay has the same meaning as outlined in section 16 (1) of the Act. d) CPI means the Brisbane Consumer Price Index (all groups, March quarter annual percentage change from the March quarter of the previous year), for the March that falls within the applicable earnings year, as published by the Australian Bureau of Statistics. e) wage increase means the percentage increase to wages on or after 1 July at the start of the applicable earnings year pursuant to this Agreement or the enterprise agreement this Agreement replaced, as applicable.
Cost of Living Payment. 5.4.1 This Agreement provides for the following cost-of-living payments implemented as follows: (a) A cost-of-living payment equivalent to a calculation of 3% of the annual wage rates at 1 May 2023. The payment will be made in the first full pay period following a successful ballot of this agreement. (b) A cost-of-living payment, if applicable in Queensland Catholic schools as determined in the approved collective agreement, equivalent to a calculation of the percentage of the annual wage rates at 1 May 2024. The payment, if applicable, will be made on 12 September 2024. (c) A cost-of-living payment, if applicable in Queensland Catholic schools as determined in the approved collective agreement, equivalent to a calculation of the percentage of the annual wage rates at 1 May 2025. The payment, if applicable, will be made on 11 September 2025.

  • COST OF LIVING ALLOWANCE 29:01 All employees within the Bargaining Unit shall be paid a cost of living allowance based on the cost of living formula as set forth below: The cost of living allowance will be determined in accordance with changes in the Consumer Price Index, published by Statistics Canada (1961 = 100) and hereinafter referred to as the Consumer Price Index. The base Consumer Price Index shall be the Consumer Price Index for February 2016. The first (1st) cost of living adjustment shall be based on the Consumer Price Index of May, 2016, and each three (3) months thereafter compared to the base Consumer Price Index for February 2016. Cost of living adjustments shall be made on pay periods commencing 11:59 p.m. on the following dates: July 5, 2016; October 11, 2016; January 17, 2017; and April 10, 2017. The cost of living rate adjustment shall be One ($0.01) Cent per hour for each point five (.5) change in the Consumer Price Index. The cost of living allowance will be adjusted up or down if and as required for each quarterly period in accordance with the above mentioned formula, provided, however, that in no event will a decline in the Consumer Price Index below the figure as recorded for February, 2016, minus 2.5 points provide a basis for further reduction in the straight time rates set forth in Schedule "A" of the within Agreement. The amount of cost of living Allowance in effect at any time shall be included in computing vacation pay, holiday pay, call-in pay, sick pay, paid leave of absence and Workplace Safety Insurance Board payments. The amount of cost of living allowance shall be included in computing overtime pay except that there shall be no pyramiding as stated in clause 19:06 of the within Agreement. As of June 30, 2016, the cost of living rate adjustment less Five ($0.05) Cents* will be added to the base rates set forth in Schedule "A" in order to create new base rates - said new base rates to be effective as of July 1, 2016. Upon creation of new base rates as provided in the preceding paragraph, a new base Consumer Price Index shall be established and shall be calculated as being the Consumer Price Index for February 2016 minus 2.5 points. This article shall be frozen during the life of the Collective Agreement and no monies will be generated or paid during the term of the Collective Agreement. *The Five ($0.05) Cents referred to was folded into the Base Hourly Wage Rates noted in Schedule “A” effective July 1, 1986. The University of Windsor and C.U.P.E., Local 1001 recognize that some Employees in the Bargaining Unit are using the Sick Leave Plan for illness and various medical appointments above the normal average within the University staff. The Union believes it is the duty of the Employer to manage the Sick Leave Plan and the Union's duty to represent their members eligible to receive sick pay to the best of their ability. To assist the Employer with their concern over the use of the Plan and to protect the interest of the members against any possible erosion of the existing Plan, the Union agrees to counsel all employees by letter and by presentations at general meetings on the need for regular attendance. Further, the Union will encourage members, whenever possible, to schedule appointments after their shift has concluded or as near to the end of their shift as possible.

  • Cost of Living Adjustment For each year following the Initial Term, unless the parties shall otherwise agree and provided that the service mix and volumes remain consistent as previously provided in the Initial Term, the total fee for all services shall equal the fee that would be charged for the same services based on a fee rate (as reflected in a fee rate schedule) increased by the percentage increase for the twelve-month period of such previous calendar year of the CPI-W (defined below) or, in the event that publication of such index is terminated, any successor or substitute index, appropriately adjusted, acceptable to both parties.   • Receiving Payments a. All transfers of money to you shall be performed by a Network Financial Institution per the direction of that Network Financial Institution customer and at all times subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant service agreement between that Network Financial Institution and its customer, including without limitation any restrictions or prohibitions on permissible transactions. Once a User initiates a transfer of money to your email address, mobile phone number, or Zelle® tag enrolled with the Zelle® Payment Service, you have no ability to stop the transfer. Other Payment Service payments may be cancelled by the Sender as set forth in Section 6 (Payment Cancellation, Stop Payment Requests and Refused Payments) below. By using the Zelle® Payment Service, you agree and authorize us to initiate credit entries to the bank account you have enrolled. If another person wants to initiate a Payment Instruction (including in response to a Zelle® Payment Request, if applicable) using the Zelle® Payment Service to an Eligible Transaction Account you hold or, as applicable, if you as a Requestor want to initiate a Zelle® Payment Request, he, she or you can do that from the Site or from an Eligible Transaction Account at a financial institution that participates in the Zelle® Payment Service or at a Zelle® Standalone Location. If you are receiving a payment from a business or government agency, your payment will be delivered in accordance with both this Agreement and the procedures of the business or government agency that is sending you the payment. b. For the Zelle® Payment Service, most transfers of money to you from other Users will occur within minutes. There may be other circumstances when the payment may take longer. For example, in order to protect you, us, Zelle® and the other Network Financial Institutions, we may need or Zelle® may need additional time to verify your identity or the identity of the person sending the money. We may also delay or block the transfer to prevent fraud or to meet our regulatory obligations. If we delay or block a payment that you have initiated through a request for money, we will notify you in accordance with your User preferences (i.e., email, push notification). You understand and agree that there may be a delay between the time you are notified of the pending Payment Instruction and the deposit of the payment funds into your Eligible Transaction Account, and you may be required to take additional steps to facilitate the deposit of the payment of funds into your Eligible Transaction Account, such as if we have questions regarding possible fraud in connection with the payment. You authorize the Sender, the financial institution which holds the Sender's Eligible Transaction Account and us (including through the Site) to send emails to you and text messages to your mobile phone in connection with the Sender's initiation of Payment Instructions to you, and, as a Receiver, you may receive Zelle® Payment Requests, from others through the Zelle® Payment Service. c. You acknowledge and agree that in the event that funds are transferred into your Eligible Transaction Account as a result of a Payment Instruction and it is determined that such transfer was improper because it was not authorized by the sender, because there were not sufficient funds in the sender's account, or for any other reason, then you hereby authorize us or our Service Provider to withdraw from your Eligible Transaction Account an amount equal to the amount of funds improperly transferred to you.

  • Invoicing Payment All invoicing and payment for services performed under this Contract shall be as specified in Attachment B, hereto.

  • RENTAL ADJUSTMENT The lesser of (i) 2%, or (ii) 1.25 times the change in the Price Index, as described in Section 4.02.

  • Recurring Payments For subscriptions that renew automatically, Customer authorizes Microsoft to charge Customer’s payment method periodically for each subscription or billing period until the subscription is terminated. By authorizing recurring payments, Customer authorizes Microsoft to process such payments as either electronic debits or fund transfers, or as electronic drafts from the designated bank account (in the case of Automated Clearing House or similar debits), as charges to the designated card account (in the case of credit card or similar payments) (collectively, “Electronic Payments”). If any payment is returned unpaid or if any credit card or similar transaction is rejected or denied, Microsoft or its service providers reserve the right to collect any applicable return item, rejection or insufficient funds fee to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and to process any such fees as an Electronic Payment or to invoice Customer for the amount due.

  • Corresponding Payment Each permanent reduction permitted pursuant to this Section shall be accompanied by a payment of principal sufficient to reduce the aggregate outstanding Revolving Credit Loans, Swingline Loans and L/C Obligations, as applicable, after such reduction to the Revolving Credit Commitment as so reduced, and if the aggregate amount of all outstanding Letters of Credit exceeds the Revolving Credit Commitment as so reduced, the Borrower shall be required to deposit Cash Collateral in a Cash Collateral account opened by the Administrative Agent in an amount equal to such excess. Such Cash Collateral shall be applied in accordance with Section 10.2(b). Any reduction of the Revolving Credit Commitment to zero shall be accompanied by payment of all outstanding Revolving Credit Loans and Swingline Loans (and furnishing of Cash Collateral satisfactory to the Administrative Agent for all L/C Obligations) and shall result in the termination of the Revolving Credit Commitment and the Swingline Commitment and the Revolving Credit Facility. If the reduction of the Revolving Credit Commitment requires the repayment of any LIBOR Rate Loan, such repayment shall be accompanied by any amount required to be paid pursuant to Section 5.9 hereof.
