Cost of Plan. The cost of the long-term disability premiums shall be shared equally by the Employer and by the employee.

Cost of Plan. The Company will continue to pay the entire cost of the Basic Group insurance Plan as described in a separate booklet entitled “Group Plan.” The Company will continue to pay the entire cost of the Retired Group insurance as described in a separate booklet entitled “Group Plan.” The responsibility of the Company to provide benefits under this Agreement is limited to the benefits and provisions of the above mentioned plans.
Cost of Plan. (a) The entire cost of providing benefits under the Plan shall be paid by Corporation out of its current operating budget, and Corporation's obligations under the Plan shall be an unfunded and unsecured promise to pay. Corporation shall not be obligated under any circumstances to fund its obligations under the Plan.

Te Runanga and the Crown shall each bear their own costs of preparation and implementation of the Joint Management Plan, and to the extent that Te Runanga and the Crown agree to contract third parties to undertake any role in the preparation or implementation of the Joint Management Plan, shall bear the cost of contracting such parties equally, unless otherwise agreed.
Cost of Plan. The Company may change carriers for the benefit plans with the objective of maintaining satisfactory service and economy with the exception of Green Shield Canada. If the carrier is changed, the existing level of benefits under the Plans will be maintained. The Company assumes the cost of benefits under this plan.
Cost of Plan. The costs and expenses of administering this Plan shall be borne by the Holding Company.
