COUNCIL’S REPRESENTATIVE. 60.1 The Council’s Representative shall be the person nominated in writing by the Council from time to time to act in the name of the Council for the purposes of the Agreement.
COUNCIL’S REPRESENTATIVE. The Council’s representative will be the Community Partnerships Manager, who is employed by the Council and this shall include any successors or persons appointed by the Council to act in the capacity of the Council's representative and notification of the same given to the grant awardee.
COUNCIL’S REPRESENTATIVE. 19.2.1. The Council may, acting in its absolute discretion and at its sole cost appoint a representative to act on its behalf in connection with matters arising pursuant to and subject to the terms of this Schedule.
COUNCIL’S REPRESENTATIVE. 2.3.1. Sub-Clause 3.1 Council’s Representative’s Duties and Authority Delete the last sentence of the first paragraph of this Sub-Clause: “The Engineer’s staff competent to carry out these duties.” Delete the last two sentences of the third paragraph of the Sub-Clause: “If the Engineer is required except as agreed with the Contractor.”
COUNCIL’S REPRESENTATIVE. 10.1 The Council shall appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Council Representative who shall be empowered to act on behalf of the Council for all purposes connected with this Agreement. The Council shall give notice in writing to the Care Home Provider of the identity of the Council Representative or such other nominated in writing by the Council from time to time.
COUNCIL’S REPRESENTATIVE. The Council may delegate to the Council's Representative any of the functions of the Council under this Agreement. Subject to the Council giving notice to the Provider of the functions which it has delegated to the Council's Representative, the Provider shall comply promptly with all reasonable instructions given to it by the Council's Representative in the performance of any such delegated function.

The Council’s representative will be the Infrastructure and Strategy Manager, who is employed by the Council and this shall include any successors or persons appointed by the Council to act in the capacity of the Council's representative and notification of the same given to the lead organisation.
COUNCIL’S REPRESENTATIVE. 9.1 The Council's Representative shall be the person named in Schedule 1 or such other person nominated in writing by the Council from time to time to act in the name of the Council for the purposes of this Agreement.
COUNCIL’S REPRESENTATIVE. 6.1. Council may, from time to time, appoint a Representative to exercise Council’s functions under the Contract.
COUNCIL’S REPRESENTATIVE. (1) A Council officer or officers with appropriate delegated authority will negotiate a planning agreement on behalf of the Council. Council may involve an independent person(s) or expert to facilitate or otherwise participate in the negotiations or aspects of it, particularly where this will lead to a better planning outcome.
