County Activities. Leave may be allowed by the Employer to permit an employee to interview and take examinations for County positions and may be allowed to serve on County committees during working hours without loss of pay.

County Activities. 1. Provide strategic support and consultation as needed on key initiatives and deliverables in support of the County’s functions as the Administrative Entity for the CoC.
a. Provide technical assistance (TA) as requested on Federal and/or State grant applications and RFPs, memoranda of understanding, and other documents in support of CoC-related contracting.
b. Provide consultation on state and federal policy developments, including research, analysis, and best practice recommendations;
c. Support facilitation of an annual priority planning process.
2. Provide technical assistance to allow the County to meet statutory reporting requirements.
3. Provide support and technical assistance as needed to the County Homeless Program staff, including but may not be limited to:
a. Program design and development, including capacity building and training for staff.
b. Compliance with HUD requirements for HMIS management;
c. Provide training and technical assistance to HHSA Homeless Program staff assigned to support the CoC.
4. Reporting: Assist the County in meeting statutory reporting requirements.
County Activities. 1. Provide desired configuration for Sealing Cases/Documents.
2. Provide desired configuration for Warrants/Subpoenas.
3. Provide desired configuration for Archive.
County Activities. 1. Provide case initiation and update screen shots and lookup lists of current system.
2. Provide the information/format received from other agencies that also initiate cases.
3. Provide rules for case numbering and the processing procedures for cases that have not yet been filed with the Court, for example, an agency-initiated investigation or a grand jury investigation.
4. Provide any additional data elements, including person data elements, required for case initiation screens, along with required fields and which fields are confidential.
5. Work with Contractor to determine case initiation validation rules and error messages.
County Activities. The County expects to receive source separated recyclable materials from participating municipalities and haulers at the Transfer Stations. These materials will be collected by third party vendors for transport to processing facilities. The County will designate an area at the Transfer Stations where recyclable materials may be deposited or stored prior to collection and transport. The Contractor shall cooperate with the County and its vendors to avoid interference between the County’s and the Contractor’s activities. The Contractor acknowledges that the Western Transfer Station is adjacent to a landfill which is closed and under the joint management of the Counties of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Otsego and Schoharie, or their designee (the “Landfill Manager”). The responsibilities of the Landfill Manager will include leachate collection and removal, sampling and monitoring air and water, maintenance and repair of the physical structures of the landfills, mowing and other work. The Contractor shall coordinate his operations with the Landfill Manager and shall operate the Transfer Stations in a manner that does not interfere with the proper maintenance of the closed landfills or with any applicable law or regulation governing said landfills.
County Activities. 1. Supply agency holidays, standard working hours and any special types of agency business and off time.

This Agreement does not deprive the County of any powers, rights, or privileges it now has or may later acquire to use, perform work on, or to regulate the use of, and to control, the public right of way, including, without limitation, the right to perform work on its roadways, the public right of way, or appurtenant drainage facilities, including, but not limited to, construction, alteration, removal, paving, widening, grading, excavation, landscaping, or beautification.
